Professionele Verpleegkundige (Graad 1/2) wat spesialiseer in gevorderde vroedvrouskunde by Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital, wat voorgeboortelike, kraam- en verloskundige nood-sorg verskaf.

Vereistes

• Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Graad/Diploma) in verpleegkunde of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n "Professionele Verpleegkundige" met Vroedvrouskunde toelaat. 'n Post-basiese kwalifikasie in Advanced Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing Science met 'n duur van ten minste een jaar, geakkrediteer by die SANC.
• Sertifikate van Registrasie by die SANC (Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vroedvrouskunde).
• Huidige registrasie by die SANC (2026).
• Ervaring Graad 1: 'n minimum van 4 jaar gepaste/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Ervaring Graad 2: 'n minimum van 14 jaar gepaste/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Ten minste 10 jaar van die bogenoemde tydperk moet gepaste/erkenbare ervaring in die spesifieke spesialiteit, d.w.s.
• Advanced Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing, wees na verkryging van die eenjarige post-basiese kwalifikasie in die tersaaklike spesialiteit.
• Kennis van verpleegkundige wetgewing, beleide, riglyne en professionele/etiese praktyke.
• Kennis en vaardighede in die bestuur van normale en hoë-risiko swangerskap, kraam, bevalling en die postnatale tydperk.
• Vermoe om verloskundige noodgevalle binne die omvang van praktyk te identifiseer en te bestuur.
• Goeie kommunikasie-, interpersoonlike en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
• Vermoe om effektief in 'n multidissiplinêre span te werk.
• Basiese rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Vermoe om gehalte-verpleegkunde- en vroedvrouskundesorg te beplan, organiseer en verskaf.
• Kennis van Batho Pele-beginsels en Infeksievoorkoming en -beheerpraktyke.

Pligte

• Verskaffing van optimale, holistiese en gespesialiseerde verpleegkunde- en vroedvrouskundesorg in die Toelatings-, Voorgeboortelike- en Kraamsaal.
• Verskaf voorgeboortelike sorg en monitor pasiënte tydens kraam en bevalling.
• Identifiseer en bestuur verloskundige noodgevalle en komplikasies binne die omvang van praktyk.
• Effektiewe benutting van menslike, finansiële en materiële hulpbronne.
• Neem deel aan opleiding, navorsing, gehalteversekering en kliniese oudits.
• Onderhou akkurate pasiëntrekords en bevord nakoming van verpleegkunde- en vroedvrouskundestandaarde.
• Verskaf ondersteuning aan verpleegkundige dienste en werk effektief as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span.
• Onderhou professionele groei, etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.
• Bywoon vergaderings, werkswinkels en opleidingsprogramme soos deur die toesighouer toegewys.
• Bystand verleen met verpligte pligte van die toesighouer en optree as skifleier op beide dag en nag wanneer nodig.
• NB: Moet bereid wees om skof te werk soos toegewys; sluit nagskof, naweke en openbare vakansiedae in.
