Vereistes

• Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree.
• Experience: Appropriate experience in a managerial position in a NGO, private organisation or the state sector.
• Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel in the Sub-structure to consult clients, attend and conduct meetings and training sessions.
• Competencies (knowledge/skills): Leadership abilities within health management experience.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Public Health Sector regulations, legislation and policies, Corporate services, Supply chain management, Human Resource and Labour Relations management.
• Computer literacy.

Pligte

• Management of a Primary Health Care service (including community- based services) and Community Orientated Primary Care (COPC) within the Klipfontein geographic area.
• Strategic, operational planning and coordination and management of the service for the designated geographic area.
• Sound Financial, Supply Chain and Human Resource management including Staff Performance management system and Labour relations.
• Quality management, Occupational Health and Safety and Infection control prevention in the primary health care service within the designated geographic area.
• Manage the relevant community and other appropriate stakeholder engagements, liaison and networking.
