Bestuur 'n hoëvolume-skakelbord, hulplyn en telefoniese navrae by Macassar CDC in Khayelitsha, waarvoor Grade 9 en skakelbordervaring vereis word.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Algemene Onderwys en Opleidingsertifikaat (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std. 7).
• Ervaring: Toepaslike ervaring in die bestuur van 'n hoëvolume-skakelbord, 'n boodskap-/oplusstelsel en die bestuur van 'n navrae-/hulplyn.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasie (verbale en geskrewe) en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
• Uitstekende telefoonetiket.
• Bereidwilligheid om onder druk, sonder toesig en in 'n spanomgewing te werk.
• Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk, insluitend openbare vakansiedae, naweke en oortyd.
• Rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Office: Word, Excel en PowerPoint).

Pligte

• Bestuur skakelbord, e-pos en telefoniese navrae, skakel oproepe deur, neem en lewer boodskappe, doen aankondigings en roep personeel op deur interkom.
• Bestuur die fasiliteite-hulplyn.
• Effektiewe telekommunikasie- en ondersteuningsdiens aan die fasiliteit.
• Hanteer alle interne en eksterne oproepe en algemene navrae.
• Hanteer alle telekommunikasietoerusting en verwante take om te verseker dat alle toerusting in werkende toestand is, rapporteer alle foute betyds aan lynbestuurder.
• Onderhou en dateer interne gids op.
• Hou rekords van alle amptelike en privaat oproepe en druk en versprei maandelikse telefoonrekenings.
• Verskaf klerklike en administratiewe ondersteuning aan kollegas en toesighouer.
