Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Stafverpleegkundige moontlik maak.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Stafverpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Vlak 1: Geen.
• Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Stafverpleegkundige by die SANC.
• Vlak 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Stafverpleegkundige by die SANC.
• Inheemse vereiste van die werk: Bereidwilligheid om skofte en nagdiens te werk, insluitend naweke en openbare vakansiedae, asook oortyd.
• Bereidwilligheid om in ander sale in die hospitaal behulpsaam te wees wanneer nodig.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasie en interpersoonlike verhoudings.
• Selfdissipline en motivering.
• Vermoë om in 'n span oor die diensplatforms te werk.

Pligte

• Ontwikkeling en implementering van basiese pasiëntsorgplanne.
• Verskaf basiese kliniese verpleegsorg.
• Effektiewe benutting van fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne.
• Handhaaf professionele groei/etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.
• Onderneem stappe om die gehalte van verpleegsorg te verbeter.
• Neem deel aan infeksievoorkoming en -beheer.
