• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by SANC as 'n Staafverpleegkundige.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/ herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as 'n Staafverpleegkundige.
• Inherente vereistes van die pos: Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk, insluitend nagskof, naweke en openbare vakansiedae.
• Bereidwilligheid om tussen sale in die hospitaal te roteer.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer/besluite te neem en om doeltreffend binne 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer.
• Goeie kommunikasie en interpersoonlike verhoudings.
• Basiese rekenaarvaardighede in MS Word en Outlook.
• Kennis van toepaslike verpleegwetgewing, beleide en protokolle van die Department of Health, Western Cape.
