Administrasie-klerke word benodig vir toelatings by vier Western Cape CDC-instellings, wat 'n Senior Certificate en rekenaarvaardigheid vereis.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Senior Certificate (of gelykwaardig).
• Ervaring: Toepaslike ervaring in Toelatings.
• Ingeboude vereistes van die pos: Voer verligtingspligte soos vereis uit.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Goeie kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik) en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
• Kennis van Hospital Fees Memorandum Chapter 18, PFMA, UPFS.
• Kennis van PHCIS.
• Vermoë om onder druk, onafhanklik, sonder toesig en in 'n span te werk, asook om aanspreeklikheid en verantwoordelikheid te aanvaar en vertroulikheid te handhaaf.

Pligte

• (sleutelresultaatgebiede/uitsette): Toelating van pasiënte: bekom inligting van pasiënte en voer op rekenaar in.
• Verseker korrekte bestuur van pasiëntlêers by onthaalgebiede en skeduleer afsprake (nuut, opvolg en operasies) op die stelsel.
• Rekordhouding, stel nuwes op, haal terug, lê weg, spoor verlore lêers op en bestuur duplikate en ou lêers asook die handhawing van 'n rekordstelsel en argief.
• Akkurate invordering, veilige bewaring en depot van staatsgeld.
• Hanteer skriftelike en/of telefoonnavrae of ondersoeke met betrekking tot pasiënttoelatingsake.
• Inligtingbestuur: daaglikse versameling en samestelling van statistieke by onthaal.
• Korrekte pasiëntbeoordeling en akkurate data-opname.
• Ondersteuning aan toesighoudende.
