Professionele verpleegkundige poste by Overstrand PHC wat omvattende primêre gesondheidsorg verskaf en gehalte dienslewering toesig hou.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/grade in verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• OF 'n 4-jarige Bachelorggraad in Verpleegkunde (R174) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Vlak 1: Geen Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Vlak 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Inherente vereiste van die pos: Geldige (Code B/EB/C1) bestuurderslisensie.
• Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk wanneer nodig.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Basiese rekenaarvaardighede in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer/besluite te neem.
• Goeie kommunikasie, interpersoonlike verhoudinge, uitstaende leierskap en konflikoplossingsvaardighede.
• Kennis van tersaaklike wetgewing en beleide van die Department of Health Western Cape.
• NIMART, BANC opgelei of ervare.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van gehalte omvattende sorg binne die Primêre Gesondheidsorg-konteks.
• Handhaaf etiese praktyk binne die regs- en regulasieraamwerk.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met alle tersaaklike belanghebbendes van die Primêre Gesondheidsorgspan.
• Benut menslike, materiële en fisieke hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Neem deel aan opleidingsprogramme en navorsingsaktiwiteite.
• Handhaaf werkplekdisipline van ondergeskiktes.
