Oorsig

Bestuur en monitor primêre gesondheidsorgdienste en -stelsels binne die Ilembe Gesondheidsdistrik, en verseker dat prestasiestandaarde nagekom word.

Vereistes

• Matrik-sertifikaat of Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat).
• Diploma of Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vroedvrouskunde wat registrasie by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige moontlik maak, plus (1) jaar post basiese kwalifikasie in Kliniese Verpleegkunde, Gesondheidsassessering, Behandeling en Sorg (PHC) plus, Registrasiesertifikaat by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige met Vroedvrouskunde en Primêre Gesondheidsorg, plus, Huidige registrasie by SANC (2026). 'n Minimum van 09 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare verpleegervaring as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige na registrasie waarvan 05 jaar toepaslike herkenbare ervaring moet wees na verkryging van 1 jaar post basiese kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorgverpleging en registrasie as 'n kliniese verpleegpraktisyn.
• Voorkeur sal gegee word aan kandidate wat oor 'n geldige Kode 08 Bestuurderslisensie beskik en rekenaargeletterd is.
• Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdheid Vereis: Kennis van alle toepaslike wetgewing soos die Nursing Act, Mental Act, OH&S Act, Batho Pele-beginsels en Patients Right Charter, Labour Relations Act, Grievance procedure, ens.
• Kennis van openbarediensregulasies.
• Dissiplinêre kode, menslikehulpbronbeleid, hospitaal se generiese en spesifieke beleide.
• Leierskap, organisatoriese, besluitneming en probleemoplossing, konflikhantering en berading.
• Finansiële en begrotingskennis.
• Goede luister- en kommunikasievaardighede.
• Koördinasie en beplanningsvaardighede.
• Spanbou en toesighoudende vaardighede.
• Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudingsvaardighede.
• Goeie insig in prosedures en beleide rakende verpleegsorg.
• Vermoë om te help met inligting oor pasiëntsorgverwante beleide.
• Rekenaarvaardighede in basiese programme.

Pligte

• Monitor en evalueer die prestasie van primêre gesondheidsorgdienste en -stelsels binne die aangewese diensarea in ooreenstemming met openbare gesondheidsaanzwysers, vasgestelde standaarde en teiken met die doel om daaroor te rapporteer en tydig korrigerende maatreëls in te stel.
• Analiseer gesondheidsbeleid en programimperatiewe met die oog daarop om pasgemaakte implementeringsstrategieë te ontwikkel om primêre gesondheidsorgdiensverskaffers in die diensarea te lei om aan die gestelde norme, standaarde en teikens te voldoen.
• Neem aktief deel aan Operations Sukuma sakhe.
• Monitor implementering van PHC-heringenieuring.
• Verseker dat klagtebestuur in die kliniek funksioneel is.
• Neem deel aan die bereiking van norme en standaarde (OHSC).
• Dra by tot die verwesenliking van die bepaling van ideale kliniekstatus.
• Identifiseer transversale gesondheidsorg- en stelselversperrings (insluitend opkomende gesondheidstendense in diensareas) met die oog daarop om korrigerende optrede op toepaslike vlak te verseker.
• Verseker en monitor dat primêre gesondheidsdienste binne die aangewese diensareas voldoende ondersteuning word deur multidissiplinêre spanne wat aan die klinieke verbonde is, asook ander korporatiewe dienste wat aan die fasiliteit verbonde is.
• Verseker 'n geïntegreerde benadering met die implementering van verskeie primêre gesondheidsorgprogramme om 'n naatlose diensleweringsplatform te bied, insluitend die prioritisering van behoeftes van die diensarea en die toekenning van hulpbronne dienooreenkomstig.
• Verseker die effektiewe en doeltreffende benutting van toegewysde hulpbronne, insluitend die ontwikkeling van personeel, verkopingsbeplanning-invoere en die instandhouding van voorgeskrewe inligtingbestuurstelsels.
