Vereistes

• 'n Toepaslike Nasionale Tegniese Sertifikaat N3 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie in die handelsgebied. 'n Handelsvlaktoetssertifikaat in die toepaslike handel. 'n Assessor-sertifikaat. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Drie jaar se handelverwante ervaring na kwalifisering as 'n vakman.
• Drie (3) tot vyf (5) jaar se vakman-opleidings- of assesseringservaring.
• Kennis: Skills Development Act van 1998.
• Moet in staat wees om handelsvlaktoetse in die elektriese en verwante handele uit te voer en te modereer.
• Moet in staat wees om prosesse ten opsigte van ARPL in die handel uit te voer.
• Moet in staat wees om die ARPL Toolkit te interpreteer en te implementeer.
• Moet in staat wees om Regulasies betreffende handelsvlaktoetsing te interpreteer en daaraan te voldoen.
• Moet in staat wees om die Occupational Health and Safety Act in alle werkswinkels te interpreteer en te implementeer.
• Vaardighede: Goed beplannings- en organisasievaardighede.
• Goed verslagdoeningsvaardighede.
• Goed mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede.
• Moet rekenaargeletterd wees (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Toesighoudende en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
• Vermoë om hulpbronne te bestuur wat menslike, assesseringstoerusting en -materiaal insluit.
• Effektiewe rekordhouding.
