Assistentbestuurder Verpleegkunde-pos by Tokollo-distrikshospitaal in die Free State, waarvoor 'n basiese verpleegkwalifikasie en ten minste 8 jaar ervaring vereis word.

Vereistes

• Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/graad in verpleegkunde of ekwivalente kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Raad op Verpleging as professionele verpleegkundige moontlik maak. 'n Minimum van 8 jaar gepaste/erkenning ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as professionele verpleegkundige by die SANC in algemene verpleegkunde.
• Ten minste 3 jaar van die bovermelde periode moet gepaste/erkenning ervaring op bestuursvlak wees.
• Huidige registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Raad op Verpleging (SANC) as professionele verpleegkundige.
• Huidige registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Raad op Verpleging (SANC) as professionele verpleegkundige Vaardighede en Kennis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegwetgewing en ander tersaaklike regskader soos die Wet op Gesondheid en Veiligheid, die Gesondheidswet en die Verpleegwet.
• Beplannings- en organisasievaardighede, goeie kommunikasievaardighede, organisasievaardighede, vermoë om as deel van 'n span te funksioneer, rekenaarvaardigheid, tydbestuur, probleemoplossingsvaardighede, probleemoplossingsvaardighede, operasionele bestuursvaardighede, verslagskryfvaardighede en fasiliteringsvaardighede.

Pligte

• Delegeer, hou toesig en koördineer die voorsiening van doeltreffende en effektiewe pasiëntesorg deur voldoende verpleegsorg.
• Inisieer en neem deel aan gesondheidsbevordering om volgehoue kommunikasie van tersaaklike, akkurate en omvattende inligting oor gesondheidsorg te verseker.
• Ontwikkel/vestig en handhaaf konstruktiewe werksverhoudings met verpleeg- en ander belanghebbendes (d.w.s. inter-professionele, inter-sektorale en multidissiplinêre spanwerk).
• Neem deel aan die analise, formulering en implementering van verpleegriglyne, -praktyke, -standaarde en -prosedures.
• Bestuur Menslike Hulpbronne.
• Monitor en verseker behoorlike benutting van finansiële en fisiese hulpbronne.
