Onderdirekteur om toerismeklagtes in Pretoria te bestuur en te bemiddel, wat 'n NQF Level 7-kwalifikasie en vyf jaar se klagte-ervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• 'n Erkende NQF Level 7-kwalifikasie in Public Administration, Tourism Management of 'n tersaaklike kwalifikasie. 5 jaar se ervaring in die veld van verbruiksklagtes waarvan 3 jaar op 'n toesigvlak moet wees.
• Regterlike agtergrond en bestuurservaring.
• Kennis van toerisme, wetgewing en owerhede met betrekking tot verbruiksklagtes, arbeids- en finansiële wetgewing, belanghebbendes en interregeringsverhoudings, begrip van regeringsbeleide.
• Vaardighede: Strategieontwikkeling en -analise, Navorsing, Projekimplementering, evaluering en verslagdoening, interregeringsverhoudinge, koördinering, veranderingsbestuur, kommunikasie, kliëntgerigtheid, mensebestuur, onderhandeling. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie (Persone met gestremdhede wat hulle verhoed om te bestuur, sal steeds oorweeg word).

Pligte

• Ten einde 'n goed bestuurde toerismeklagte-bestuurstelsel vir die bemiddeling van toerismeklagtes te ontwikkel en te implementeer, sal die suksesvolle kandidaat verantwoordelik wees vir: Bestuur van die bemiddeling van toerismeklagtes.
• Vestig en handhaaf 'n meganisme om alle toerismeklagtes en verwysings te ontvang en te dokumenteer.
• Vestig en handhaaf 'n werksmodus operandi met relevante owerhede en praktykkodes.
• Stel kwartaalverslae oor toerismeklagtes op wat statistiese tendense en patrone uitlig.
• Koördineer alle beleidsake met betrekking tot toerismeklagtes in samewerking met Regsdiens waar relevant en monitor die uitkomste.
• Identifiseer regeringsintervensies, norme en standaarde, riglyne, praktykkodes, internasionale beste praktyk en regulasies vir oorweging en implementering.
• Koördineer en monitor klagte-uitkomste.
• Akkreditasie van skemas of reëlings om toerismeklagtes te besleg.
• Projekte en mensebestuur.
