Streeksbestuurder gesoek om toesig oor korrektiewe diens-inspeksies, ondersoeke en ICCC-prestasiebestuur in KwaZulu-Natal te hou, met 'n graad en vyf jaar se ervaring as vereiste.

Vereistes

• Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat) en 'n baccalaureusgraad (NQF 7) in Kriminologie/Penologie/Openbare Administrasie/Openbare Bestuur/Korrektiewe Bestuur of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie erken deur SAQA hê.
• Sal as 'n voordeel dien: Nagraadse kwalifikasie in Openbare Bestuur, Korrektiewe Dienste, Kriminologie of Bestuursregering, Bestuursontwikkelingsprogram.
• Minimum 5 jaar se tersaaklike ervaring in korrektiewe dienste, strafregpleging, toesig, inspeksies, ondersoeke, nakomingsmonitering of verwante omgewing.
• Minimum 3 jaar se ervaring op Assistente-direkteur-vlak of gelykwaardige toesighoudende/bestuursvlak. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.
• Ervaring in die bestuur van personeel, die koördinering van operasionele aktiwiteite, die opstel van bestuursverslae en die betrekking van belanghebbendes op bestuursvlak.
• Sterk aanbevelingservaring in korrektiewe dienste, menseregtemonitering, inspeksies en ondersoeke, klagtebestuur en nakomingsmonitering.
• Vaardighede en bevoegdhede: strategiese vermoë, leierskap en mensebestuur, program- en projekbestuur, finansiële bestuur, veranderingsbestuur, bestuur van belanghebbendes, verslagskrywing, konflikoplossing, ondersoek- en analitiese vaardighede, besluitneming, kommunikasievaardighede, beleidsinterpretasie, openbare-sektoradministrasie, rekenaarvaardigheid en die vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

Pligte

• Bestuur en koördineer streek-t toesig, inspeksie, ondersoek, klagtes en verpligte verslagdoeningsprogramme.
• Bestuur en monitor die prestasie van Onafhanklike Korrektiewe Sentrumbesoekers (ICCV's) en Besoekerskomitees binne die streek.
• Koördineer belanghebbende-betrokkenheid en verteenwoordig JICS in streekforums en -strukture.
• Monitor nakoming van die Korrektiewe Dienste-wet, JICS-beleide en tersaaklike wetgewende raamwerke.
• Bestuur die implementering van korrigerende maatreëls wat voortspruit uit inspeksies, ondersoeke, klagtes en verpligte verslagdoeningsprosesse.
• Bestuur die menslike, finansiële, bates- en administratiewe hulpbronne van die streek.
• Stel streekprestasie-, toesig- en bestuursverslae op en dien dit in.
• Verskaf strategiese en operasionele ondersteuning aan die Direkteur: Streekkoördinering en Toesig.
