Registrateur gesoek by die Gauteng High Court in Pretoria om regsgedingstukke te assesseer, aansoeke om verstekvonnis te oorweeg en hofreëls toe te pas, met 'n LLB-graad en regsonder ervaring as vereiste.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet oor 'n LLB-graad of 'n vier (4) jaar regskwalifikasie op NQF-vlak agt (8) beskik soos deur SAQA erken. 'n Minimum van twee (2) jaar se ervaring in 'n regsonder omgewing.
- MR3: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van 2 jaar nagraadse regsonder ervaring.
- MR4: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van 8 jaar nagraadse regsonder ervaring.
- MR5: LLB-graad of gelykwaardig plus 'n minimum van 14 jaar nagraadse regsonder ervaring.
- Hooggereghof litigasie-ervaring en 'n bestuurderslisensie sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Kennis van registerpligte, Case Flow Management, wetgewende raamwerk wat die openbare diens regeer, kennis van berging en onttrekkingsprosedures in terme van die werksomgewing, Batho Pele-beginsels.
- Vaardig in kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik), rekenaargeletterdheid, syferkundigheid, beplanning, organisering, probleemoplossing, besluitneming, interpersoonlike vaardighede, konflikbestuur, tydbestuur, analitiese vaardighede.
- Saam met die volgende eienskappe: sterk werketiek en professionaliteit, tydgebonde, noukeurig, eerlikheid/betroubaarheid en inagneming van vertroulikheid.
Pligte
- Bepaal of regsgedingstukke/prosesse met die Hofreëls voldoen, oorweeg aansoeke om verstekvonnis (Rule 31[5]) – deur Hofreëls en regulasies, case law, diskresie en kennis toe te pas, vaslegging van akkurate uitslag van diskresie toegepas op die lêeromslag, verseker sirkulasie van die uitslag aan die relevante litigerende party, vaslegging en opdatering van akkurate Default applications register en data instrument wat daagliks in die kantoor geregistreer word, verifieer data en dien verslagdoeningsinstrument oor persentasie verstekvonnisse deur Registrateurs toegestaan aan die Statistician in, analiseer statistiese data om tendense te assesseer en strategieë te beraam om geïdentifiseerde risikofaktore aan te spreek, los Presidential Hotline-navrae en chapter 9 institution-navrae op, koördineer en rapporteer oor die verskaffing van ondersteuningspersoneel in Hofsale en Registrateurs se ondersteuningskantore, bestuur die samestelling van prestasie-inligting/data/statistieke vir doeleindes van verslagdoening volgens verslagdoeningsinstrumente, onderhou en dateer handmatige registers op vir oudit gerapporteerde prestasie-inligting, hou toesig, ontwikkel personeel en verseker algemene toesig oor werknemers.
- Wijs pligte toe en voer gehaltebeheer uit op die werk wat deur amptenare gelewer word, bestuur verlof van personeel, adviseer en lei ondergeskiktes met betrekking tot alle aspekte van die werk, bestuur prestasie, gedrag en dissipline van werknemers, verseker dat alle werknemers opgelei en ontwikkel word om werk van die vereiste standaard doeltreffend en effektief te kan lewer, ontwikkel, implementeer en monitor werkstelsels en prosesse om doeltreffende en effektiewe funksionering te verseker, hanteer navrae en verskaf advies en leiding oor bateslokasies en beheer.

Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant.
