Verpleegsterposisie op Vlak 1 tot 3 in die Kinderafdeling by Oudtshoorn Hospitaal, wat SANC-registrasie as 'n Verpleegster vereis.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Verpleegster moontlik maak.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Verpleegster.
• Ervaring: Vlak 1: Geen Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Verpleegster by die SANC.
• Vlak 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar se toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Verpleegster by die SANC.
• Inherente vereiste van die pos: Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk, nagskof, insluitend naweke, openbare vakansiedae asook oortyd.
• Bereidwilligheid om behulpzaam te wees in die ander afdelings in die hospitaal en by die klinieke in die Sub-distrik wanneer nodig.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasie en interpersoonlike verhoudings.
• Selfdissipline en motivering.
• Vermoë om in 'n span dwarsoor die diensplatforms te werk.

Pligte

• Ontwikkeling en implementering van basiese pasiëntsorgplanne.
• Verskaf basiese kliniese verpleegsorg.
• Effektiewe benutting van fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne.
• Handhaaf professionele groei/etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.
• Neem stappe om die gehalte van verpleegsorg te verbeter.
• Neem deel aan infeksievoorkoming en -beheer.
