Operasionele Bestuurder Verpleegkunde (PN-B3) by Nelspruit CHC in Ehlanzeni-distrik, wat 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige-kwalifikasie met post-basiese opleiding en SANC-registrasie vereis.

Vereistes

• Senior Sertifikaat / Graad 12 of ekwivalente kwalifikasie plus basiese kwalifikasie geakkrediteer by die South African Nursing Council ingevolge Regeringskennisgewing 425, (d.w.s.
• Diploma / Graad in Verpleegkunde) wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige (2026) moontlik maak, plus 'n post-basiese verpleegkwalifikasie, met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar, geakkrediteer by die SANC ingevolge Regeringskennisgewing No R212 in Primêre Gesondheidsorg. 'n Minimum van nege (09) jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Ten minste vyf (05) jaar van die bogenoemde periode moet toepaslik/erkenbaar wees in die spesifieke spesialiteit na verkryging van die een (01) jaar post-basiese kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg-verpleegkunde. 'n Post-basiese kwalifikasie in Verpleegadministrasie/Gesondheidsdienstebestuur.
• Ervaring en kennis van die Distrik-Gesondheidstelsel.
• Toon 'n diepgaande begrip van verpleegwetgewing en verwante wettige en etiese verpleegpraktyke en hoe dit op dienslewering impakteer.
• Toon 'n basiese begrip van HR en finansies en praktyke.
• Kennis van die relevante regsraamwerk soos die Nursing Act, Health Occupational and Safety Act, Patients Right Charter, Batho Pele-beginsels, Operasionele bestuursvaardighede.
• Probleemoplossing, beplanning en organisatoriese vaardighede.
• Verwag om onder druk en op nagdiens te werk. Leierskap.
• Toesighoudende, probleemoplossing, konflikoplossing, interpersoonlike en kommunikasie- en kommunikasievaardighede.
• Toon 'n diepgaande begrip van wetgewing en verwante etiese verpleegpraktyke en hoe dit op dienslewering impakteer.
• Rekenaarvaardigheid sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint en Outlook). Rekenaarvaardigheid.

Pligte

• Bestuur en verskaf PHC-fasiliteittoesig in ooreenstemming met die PHC-toesighoudende riglyn.
• Verseker kliniese verpleegpraktyk deur die verpleegspan in die fasiliteit in ooreenstemming met die omvang en praktyk en verpleegstandaard soos bepaal deur die betrokke gesondheidsfasiliteit.
• Bevorder gehalte-verpleegsorg soos gerig deur die professionele omvang van praktyk en standaard in ooreenstemming met die PHC-leweringspakket.
• Verseker die implementering van Nasionale Kernnorme en -standaarde, insluitend Ses Prioriteitsgebiede.
• Pleitbesorg wees vir pasiënte deur te verseker dat daar aan die Batho Pele-beginsels voldoen word.
• Koördineer gemeenskapsbetrokkenheid en -deelname.
• Bestuur en monitor die effektiewe gebruik en onderhoud van bates en infrastruktuur van die fasiliteit.
• Monitor inligtingsbestuur en dokumentasie.
