Assistentdirekteurposisie wat diensvoorwaardes en voordele bestuur, insluitend verlof, toelaes en PILIR, waarvoor 'n HR-diploma of -graad met drie jaar se relevante ervaring vereis word.

Vereistes

• Nasionale Diploma/Graad (NQF6) in Menslike Hulpbronbestuur of ekwivalente kwalifikasie binne die relevante veld. 'n Minimum van drie (3) jaar se ervaring in Diensvoorwaardes en Voordele.
• Ervaring in die bestuur van Beleid oor Onvermoënsverlof en Gesondheidsverwante Vroëre Uittrede (PILIR) en ervaring in die bestuur van die diensbeëindigingsproses.
• Begrip van die Menslike Hulpbronbestuurswetgewing en regulatoriese raamwerk.
• Kennis en begrip van Openbare Diens prosedures en voorskrifte.
• Kennis van die Openbare Finansiesbestuurswet en Tesourie-regulasies.
• Kennis van HR-praktyk en -prosedures.
• Kennis van administratiewe prosedures, projekbestuur en personeelbestuur.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings en skriftelik).
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, toesig- en veranderingbestuursvaardighede.
• Kennis van beleidsontwikkeling en -implementering.
• Deeglike navorsings-, analitiese, organisatoriese, beplannings, aanbiedingskoördinasie- en belanghebbendekommunikasievaardighede.
• Ervaring in die PERSAL-stelsel (sertifikate sal 'n voordeel wees).
• Vermoë om onder druk te werk en streng sperdatums na te kom.

Pligte

• Bestuur en monitor die implementering van diensvoordele en -voorwaardes soos verloftoelaes, hervestiging, mediese bystand en erkenning van lang diens in ooreenstemming met relevante voorskrifte.
• Verseker die suksesvolle implementering van beleid oor aangeleenthede wat verband hou met menslike hulpbronbestuur om aan die relevante voorskrifte/wetgewing te voldoen.
• Voer inligtingsdelingsessies oor diensvoordele en -voorwaardes uit.
• Bestuur die verrigting van ander besoldigende werk buite die openbare diens en finansiële openbaarmakings.
• Bestuur Beleid oor Onvermoënsverlof en Gesondheidsverwante Vroëre Uittrede (PILIR).
• Bestuur die implementering van die diensbeëindigingsproses en uitgangsonderhoude.

Entry level requirements for SMS posts: In terms of the Directive on Compulsory Capacity Development, Mandatory Training Days & Minimum Entry Requirements for SMS that was introduced on 1 April 2015, a requirement for all applicants for SMS posts from 1 April 2020 is a successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG) prior to appointment. Furthermore, Shortlisted candidates must provide proof of successful completion of the course. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and technical passement for all SMS posts, the Selection Panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments. Persons appointed will be subjected to a security clearance, the signing of performance agreement and employment contract. The Department reserves the right not to make an appointment.
