Professionele Verpleegkundige Spesialiteit (BEREPSGESONHEID)

Oorsig
Professionele verpleegkundige wat spesialiseer in Beroepsgesondheid word benodig by Madadeni Provincial Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal om beroepsgesondheidsprogramme te implementeer en mediese surveillansie vir werknemers uit te voer.
Vereistes
- Basiese R425-graad/diploma in Verpleegkunde of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council as professionele verpleegkundige toelaat.
- Een (1) jaar post-basiese kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar in Beroepsgesondheid.
- Registrasie by die SANC as 'n professionele verpleegkundige. 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike of erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as professionele verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
- Kennis, vaardighede, opleiding en bevoegdhede vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures.
- Primêre Gesondheidsorg en Beroepsgesondheidsorg, kennis van verpleegprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegstatus en ander relevante wetlike raamwerke.
- Deeglike kennis van die Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act No. 85 van 1983.
- Goede kommunikasie, spansamenstelling en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
- Koördinering en skakeling, probleemoplossing en verslagskrywing.
- Batho Pele-beginsels. Rekenaargeletterdheid.
- Begrip van gesondheidsprogramme naamlik HIV, TB, oordraagbare en nie-oordraagbare siektes.
Pligte
- Verskaf ondersteuning en bystand om optimale gesondheidsstatus vir alle werknemers in die instelling en klinieke te verseker.
- Rol beroepsgesondheidsprogramme vir die hospital en klinieke uit.
- Voer mediese surveillansieprogram aan werknemers uit.
- Voer alle pligte, funksies en verantwoordelikhede uit in ooreenstemming met die OHS Act 85 van 1993, COID Act 130 van 1993 en relevante wetgewing.
- Administreer en pas toepaslike Human Resource Management-beleide in praktyk toe, insluitend dié wat verband hou met covid 19.
- Bestuur beroepsgesondheidsstatistieke en verslag.
- Ontwikkel beroepsgesondheid- en veiligheidsopleidingsprogramme vir werknemers (met betrekking van belanghebbendes met relevante ervaring).
