Vereistes

  • Nasionale Diploma (NQF 6) in Forensiese Ondersoeke, Oudit, Reg, Risikobestuur of 'n relevante kwalifikasie soos deur SAQA erken.

  • Tegniese kennis van die toepassing van bedrog-risikobestuurskonsepte en -beginsels.
  • Kennis en begrip van die konsepte van Beheer en Korporatiewe Bestuur.
  • Kennis en begrip van Anti-Bedrog- en korrupsiestandaarde en -prosedures.
  • Risikobestuurstandaarde (Bedrogrisiko) en -prosedures.
  • Finansiële beleide en verwante wetgewing: PFMA en Tesourie-regulasies;
  • Bedrogvoorkomingsbeleid en verwante wetgewing: Openbare Diens Antikorrupsie-strategie;
  • Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004;
  • Protected Disclosure Act, 2000.
  • Diepgaande kennis van die besigheid van die instelling en regeringsbedrywighede.
  • Goeie begrip van besigheidsprosesse asook vorige ondervinding in die inisiering, ontwikkeling en implementering daarvan op bedrog-risikobestuur.
  • Goeie begrip en werkskennis van IT-stelsels.
  • Vorige ondervinding in werkswinkelfasilitering en die vermoë om op verskeie vlakke van 'n organisasie te skakel.
  • In staat om inligting te ontleed, te vergelyk en te interpreteer en toepaslike aanbevelings te doen.
  • Metodies en logies wanneer inligting ontleed word.
  • Openbare Diens en departementele prosedures en voorskrifte.
  • Ondersoekvaardighede, vermoë om bedrogvoorkoming, opsporing en gevolgbestuursvaardighede toe te pas. Rekenaargeletterdheid.
  • Uitstekende skriftelike vaardighede, insluitend verslagskryf en mondelinge vaardighede, uitstekende fasiliterings-, voorleggings- en kommunikasievaardighede.
  • In staat om in 'n gees van samewerking en samenwerking te onderhandel, probleemoplossingsvaardighede en mensebestuur.
  • Vermoë om inligting in te samel en te ontleed.
  • Vermoë om beleide te ontwikkel en toe te pas, vermoë om individueel en in 'n span te werk.
  • Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudingsvaardighede.
  • Kreatiwiteit en inisiatief, vermoë om onder uiterste druk te werk en vermoë om vrywillig lang ure te werk.
  • Vermoë om met moeilike persone te werk en konflik op te los.
  • Vlekkelose karakter, welsprekend, sin vir verantwoordelikheid en lojaliteit.

  • Voer ondersoeke oor bedrog- en korrupsie-aantygings uit.
  • Doeltreffende en doeltroue ontwikkeling en hersiening van bedrogbestuursraamwerke: Bedrog-risikobestuur, Etiekbestuur, verskaf 'n nakomings-, advisering- en fasiliteringsrol in die departement se bestuur van etiek.

Furthermore, Shortlisted candidates must provide proof of successful completion of the course. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and technical passement for all SMS posts, the Selection Panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments. Persons appointed will be subjected to a security clearance, the signing of performance agreement and employment contract. The Department reserves the right not to make an appointment.
