Vereistes

  • 'n Honneursgraad/Postgraadse Diploma (NQF Level 8-kwalifikasie) in Ekonomie/Ekonometrie/Statistiek/Wiskundige Statistiek of 'n ekwivalente kwalifikasie met minstens drie jaar se werkservaring in 'n navorsings- of ekonomiese beleidsanalise-omgewing.
  • Kennis van die Division of Revenue Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulations, Treasury Regulations, navorsingsmetodes, Makro-ekonomie, Sosio-ekonomie en beleidsinterpretasie/-formulering.
  • Moet oor die volgende vaardighede beskik: Analities, wiskundige, publikasieskryfwerk, navorsing, probleemoplossing, interpersoonlik, vermoë om onafhanklik te werk, besluitneming, aanbieding en verslagskryfwerk. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie.

  • Dra by tot die jaarlikse finansiële state of Quarterly Labour Market Review.
  • Voer en bied ondersteuning in sosio-ekonomiese navorsingsanalise en -ontwikkeling.
  • Analiseer sleutel ekonomiese veranderlikes, hul onderlinge verbande en relevansie vir die begroting.
  • Voer periodieke versameling, onderhoud en opdatering van Provinsiale Sosio-Ekonomiese aanwysers in databasis uit.
  • Doen navorsing en dra by tot departementele publikasies.
