Onderdirekteur: Verwerwing wat vraag, verwerwing, logistiek en kontrakadministrasie vir die Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation in Pretoria bestuur.

Vereistes

  • 'n Relevante Bachelorsgraad / Gevorderde Diploma (NQF level 7) in Supply Chain Management, of Finansies met ten minste 6 jaar se ervaring in Supply Chain Management waarvan 3 jaar op Middle Management (ASD) vlak moet wees.
  • Bevoegdhede & Vaardighede: Uitstekende finansiële vaardighede, toesighoudende en operasionele bestuursvaardighede. Probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
  • Goeie kommunikasie- en verslagskryfvaardighede. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
  • Kennisvereistes: Werkende kennis van LOGIS en deeglike kennis van Microsoft Office-toepassings (veral Microsoft Excel) is noodsaaklik.
  • Diepgaande kennis van die wetgewende omgewing wat van toepassing is op die regeringsproses vir supply chain management en die ontwikkeling, implementering en monitering van verwante beleide en prosedures.
  • Persoonlike eienskappe: Moet kliensteinrig en k Defokus wees, oplossingsgeoriënteerd wees en in staat wees om onder stresvolle omstandighede te werk.
  • Die vermoë om 'n hoë vlak van vertroulikheid te handhaaf en werk in 'n hoëdruk-omgewing te prioriteer.

Pligte

  • Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees om die Subdirektoraat, Vraag- en Verwerwingsbestuur, Logistieke Bestuur en Kontrakadministrasie te bestuur ter ondersteuning van die verskaffing vanurveverskaffingsdienste aan die Departement.
  • Dit behels die bestuur van die funksionele werking van die Subdirektoraat: Vraag- en Verwerwingsbestuur.
  • Toesig hou oor RFQ- en die bodprosesse: samestelling van boddokumente en advertensies.
  • Publiseering van boddokumente.
  • Bydrae tot die samestelling van Tussentydse en Jaarlikse Finansiële State.
  • Bywoon van en reaksie op SCM-verwante ouditbevindings, en ontwikkeling van 'n Oudit-aksieplan en versekering van die implementering daarvan.
  • Verseker effektiewe Kontrakadministrasie, Logistiek en Pakhuisbestuur, en Betaling van verskaffers binne 30 dae na ontvangst van fakture.
  • Bestuur en toesig hou oor werknemers om 'n effektiewe verwerwingsbestuursdiens te verseker en alle administratiewe funksies te onderneem wat vereis word met betrekking tot finansiële en HR-administrasie: Ontwikkel, implementeer en handhaaf prosesse om behoorlike beheer van werk te verseker.
  • Handhawing van dissipline en Bestuur van prestasie en ontwikkeling van Subdirektoraat-personeel.

All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. For salary levels 11 to 15, the inclusive remuneration package consists of a basic salary, the state’s contribution to the Government Employees Pension Fund and a flexible portion in terms of applicable rules. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. The DPME reserves the right to utilise practical exercises/tests for non-SMS positions during the recruitment process (candidates who are shortlisted will be informed accordingly) to determine the suitability of candidates for the post(s). The DPME also reserves the right to cancel the filling / not to fill a vacancy that was advertised during any stage of the recruitment process.
