Administrasieklerk gesoek deur die Kantoor van die Hoofregter in Pretoria om regterlike besoldiging en diensvoorwaardes-administrasie te ondersteun.

Vereistes

  • Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak vier (4) soos deur SAQA erken, hê.
  • Geen ondervinding word vereis nie. 'n Nasionale Diploma in Openbare Administrasie, Openbestuur, Kantoorbestuur en Tegnologie, Menslike Hulpbronbestuur, Besigheidsadministrasie, Kommunikasie of 'n gelykwaardige tersaaklike kwalifikasie op NQF-vlak 6 soos deur SAQA erken, sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien.
  • Kennis en Vaardighede: Basiese kennis van administratiewe prosesse, rekordbestuur en die Batho Pele-beginsels, kennis van die regerinstelsels en tersaaklike openbare diens-wetgewende raamwerk.
  • Bedrewe in rekenaargeletterdheid met bevoegdheid in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook en PowerPoint, numeriese geletterdheid, verbale en skriftelike kommunikasie, interpersoonlike en kliëntediens, organisatoriese, beplannings- en tydbestuurs- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
  • Saam met die volgende eienskappe: vermoë om vertroulikheid te handhaaf, aandag aan besonderhede, vermoë om onder druk te werk en sperdatums te haal, vermoë om doeltreffend as deel van 'n span te werk, vermoë om administratiewe pligte en sekretariaatspligte te verrig.

Pligte

Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning aan die Direktoraat: Regterlike Besoldiging en Diensvoorwaardes, verskaf ondersteuning in die administrasie van besoldiging en diensvoordele vir waarnemende en permanent aangestelde Regters, ontslane Regters en oorlewende gades, help met die administrasie van gratifikasies vir Regters in aktiewe diens, afgetrede Regters en oorlewende gades, voer besoldigings- en diensvoordeelinligting op die regeringstelsel in en werk dit by, help met administratiewe prosesse rakende die verkryging van amptelike voertuie, ontvang, registreer, teken, lê en versprei dokumente en korrespondensie, handhaaf handmatige en elektroniese lêer- en rekordbestuurstelsels, reageer op roetine-navrae van interne en eksterne belanghebbendes, help met die voorbereiding van roetine-korrespondensie, verslae en ander administratiewe dokumente en verrig algemene administratiewe pligte soos deur die toesighouer gedelegeer.

Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant.
