Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn (PHC) wat omvattende primêre gesondheidsorgdienste in die Ilembe Health District verskaf, met SANC-registrasie en 'n post-basiese PHC-kwalifikasie as vereiste.

Vereistes

  • Minimum Vereistes vir die pos: Graad 1: Matrieksertifikaat of Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat) Diploma of Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vroukunde wat registrasie by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige toelaat, plus (1) jaar post-basiese kwalifikasie in Kliniese Verpleegkunde, Gesondheidsassessering, Behandeling en Sorg (PHC) plus, Registrasiesertifikaat by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige met Vroukunde en Primêre Gesondheidsorg, plus, Huidige Registrasie by SANC (2024). 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare verpleegervaring as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige.
  • Minimum Vereistes vir die pos: Graad 2: Matrieksertifikaat of Graad 12 (Senior Sertifikaat) Diploma of Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vroukunde wat registrasie by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige toelaat, plus (1) jaar post-basiese kwalifikasie in Kliniese Verpleegkunde, Gesondheidsassessering, Behandeling en Sorg (PHC) Registrasiesertifikaat by SANC as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige met Vroukunde en Primêre Gesondheidsorg, plus, Huidige Registrasie by SANC (2024). 'n Minimum van 14 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare verpleegervaring na registrasie as 'n Algemene Verpleegkundige by SANC waarvan 10 jaar van die periode toepaslike/herkenbare PHC-ervaring moet wees na verkryging van 'n eenjaar post-basiese kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg.
  • NB: Neem asseblief kennis dat die meeste van die klinieke in KwaDukuza Sub-distrik van 07h00 tot 18h00 funksioneer.
  • KwaDukuza Kliniek funksioneer oor 24 uur, Mpumelelo en Groutville Kliniek funksioneer op roep na 18h00.
  • Personeel kan versoek word om aflos/toegekent te word in enigeen van die nege (09) fasiliteite binne die Sub-distrik as en wanneer die behoefte ontstaan.
  • Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdheid Vereis: Kennis van alle toepaslike wetgewing soos Nursing Acts, Mental Acts, OH & S Act, Batho Pele-beginsels en Pasiënt se Regtehandves, Labour Relations Act, Grievance procedure, ens.
  • Leierskap, organisatoriese, besluitneming en probleemoplossing, konflikhantering en berading.
  • Goeie luister- en kommunikasievaardighede.
  • Koördinasie- en beplanningsvaardighede.
  • Spanbou- en toesighoudende vaardighede.
  • Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudingsvaardighede.
  • Goeie insig in prosedures en beleide rakende verpleegsorg.
  • Vermöë om te help met inligting van pasiëntsorgverwante beleide.

Pligte

  • Verskaf gehalte omvattende Primêre Gesondheidsorg deur die verskaffing van bevorderende, voorkomende, kuratiewe en rehabilitasiedienste vir kliënte en die gemeenskap.
  • Verseker behoorlike benutting en veilige bewaring van basiese mediese toerusting, chirurgiese en farmaseutiese voorraad.
  • Help met oriëntasie, inductie en monitering van alle verpleegpersoneel.
  • Verskaf direkte en indirekte toesig oor alle verpleegpersoneel en gee leiding.
  • Verskaf verpleegsorg wat lei tot verbeterde gesondheidsdienslewering deur die handhawing van Batho Pele-beginsels.
  • Voer pligte en funksies met vaardigheid uit en verrig pligte volgens die omvang van praktyk.
  • Implementeer infeksiebeheerstandaarde en -praktyke om gehalte verpleegsorg te verbeter.
  • Help met die uitvoer van kliniese oudite en die ontwikkeling van gehalteverbeteringsplanne.
  • Verbeter die kennis van personeel en pasiënte deur gesondheidsopvoeding en in-diens opleiding.
  • Implementeer verpleegsorgstandaarde en -praktyke vir gehalte verpleegsorg volgens riglyne en voorskifte.
  • Onderhou 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleeg- en ander belanghebbendes, implementering van die Geïntegreerde Multi-Belanghebbende Gesondheidsbevorderingsstrategie.
  • Bestuur van pasiëntrekords, beide geskrewe en elektronies.
  • Verseker behoorlike benutting van menslike, materiële en finansiële hulpbronne en die byhou van op-datum rekords van hulpbronne.
  • Vermöë om eie werk en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike verpleegsorg in die kliniek te verseker. motiveer junior personeel aangaande ontwikkeling om die vlak van kundigheid te verhoog en help pasiënte om 'n gevoel van selfversorging te ontwikkel.
  • Versterk datastelsels en behandelingsuitkomste deur te help en op Tier.net vas te lê.
  • Verseker die versameling, kollasie en tydige indiening van akkurate geverifieerde data.
  • Ondersteun die verwesenliking en instandhouding van 'n ideale Kliniek en OHSC-program in die fasiliteit.

Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. Applicants are requested to apply separately for the disciplines of their interest. A maximum of three applications will be allowed which should be ranked in order of preference. One application for various Disciplines will not be accepted. Applications from applicants who are already appointed in the Registrar Programme will not be considered. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. All Registrars will be required to sign a contract which includes training and service responsibilities. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department. Appointments are subject to the signing of a contract which includes a service pay-back period. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
