Vereistes

• 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat met Rekeningkunde/Wiskunde as 'n geslaagde vak. 'n Graad of Nasionale Diploma in Rekeningkunde/Besigheidsadministrasie of gelykwaardig met rekeningkunde as 'n geslaagde vak sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Generiese bevoegdhede: Finansies, probleemoplossing en kliëntgerigtheid en klantfokus.
• Tegniese bevoegdhede: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, algemene joernaalafstemming en ontleding, kennis van reis en onderhoud, Basic Accounting System (BAS) en PERSAL-stelsel.

Pligte

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal die volgende pligte uitvoer: Vastlegging, afstemming en verseker dat betalings binne 30 dae gedoen word.
• Verantwoordelik vir alle navrae ten opsigte van BAS- en PERSAL-betalings.
• Verantwoordelik vir die afstemming van maandelikse IRP5 en verseker tydige betalings aan die South African Revenue Services en ander derde partye vir statutêre aftrekkings.
• Skakel met kliënte en los navrae rakende betalings op.
• Onderhoud en verrekening van salarisskorskingsrekening.
• Verantwoordelik vir debiteure, rekeninge, joernale, afstemming, en die voorbereiding van betalings.
• Hantering van salariseise asook die verrekening van alle skorskingsrekeninge en betalingsnavrae en betalings van ander departemente.
• Bystand verleen met maandeindsluitingsprosesse.
• Bystand verleen met die verskaffing van brondokumente/betalingsbondels aan Auditor-General en Internal Audit.

The successful candidate’s appointment will be subject to a security clearance process and the verification of educational qualification certificates.
