Administratiewe Klerk benodig in Nelspruit om algemene klerklike ondersteuning te bied, registers te onderhou en roetine-navrae te hanteer. Vereis Graad 12.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat.
- Werksverwante vaardighede: Goeie kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik.
- Beplanning en organisasie. Rekenaargeletterdheid.
- Interpersoonlike verhoudinge.
- Vermoë om binne 'n span te werk.
Pligte
- Lewer algemene klerklike ondersteuningsdienste.
- Rekordig, organiseer, stoor, vasleg en onttrek korrespondensie en data (lynfunksie).
- Werk registers en statistieke by.
- Hanteer roetine-navrae.
- Maak fotostate en ontvang of stuur faksimilies.
- Versprei dokumente / pakkies aan verskeie belanghebbendes soos vereis.
- Hou en onderhou die lêerstelsel van die komponent.
- Tik briewe en / of ander korrespondensie wanneer vereis.
- Hou en onderhou die inkomende en uitgaande dokumentregister van die komponent.
- Neem en opstel van notule.
- Verskaf toeleweringsketting-klerklike ondersteuningsdienste binne die komponent.
- Skakel met interne en eksterne belanghebbendes met betrekking tot die verkryging van goedere en dienste.
- Verkry kwotasies en voltooi verkrygingsvorms vir die aankoop van standaard kantoorartikels.
- Voorraadbeheer van kantoorstasie.
- Hou en onderhou die bate-register van die komponent.
- Verskaf personeeladministrasie-klerklike ondersteuningsdienste binne die komponent.
- Onderhou 'n verlofregister vir die komponent.
- Hou en onderhou personeelrekords in die komponent.
- Hou en onderhou die bywoningregister van die komponent.
- Reël reis en akkommodasie.
- Verskaf finansiële administrasie-ondersteuningsdienste in die komponent.
- Leg en werk uitgawes in die komponent vas.
- Kontroleer die korrektheid van bestaan- en reisaansprake van amptenare en dien by bestuurder in vir goedkeuring.
- Hanteer telefoonrekenings en kleingeld vir die komponent.
