Vereistes

• 'n NQF vlak 7 regskwalifikasie/ LLB-graad soos deur SAQA erken. 'n Minimum van vyf (5) jaar toepaslike na-kwalifikasie litigasie-/advieservaring.
• Toelating as 'n prokureur of advokaat.
• Ervaring in regsnavorsing en regskonseping.
• Deeglike kennis en begrip van die Grondwetlike Reg, Administratiefreg en die Strafregstelsel.
• Kennis van die Wetgewende en Bestuursraamwerk van die Staatsdiens. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.
• Kennis, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Finance Management, Treasury.
• Vaardighede en Bevoegdhede:Regsnavorsing en konseping;
• Skikking van geskille;
• Analitiese denke;
• Kommunikasievaardighede (skriftelik en mondeling);
• Voorleggings- en fasiliteringsvaardighede;
• Finansiële bestuursvaardighede;. Rekenaarvaardigheid;
• Strategiese beplanningsvermoëns en leierskapsvaardighede;

Pligte

• Voer regsnavorsing uit, insluitend vergelykende regsnavorsing oor hofreëls.
• Konsep hofreël-memorandums en menings.
• Konsep hofreëls, hofprosedures en dien dit by die rules board en spialisiekomitees in.
• Voer gereelde hersiening van bestaande hofreëls uit, fasiliteer wysigings en herroep verouderde reëls.
• Verwerk goedgekeurde wysigings en nuwe reëls vir goedkeuring.
