Die Department of Health and Wellness soek Emergency Care Officers Vlak 1 en 3 om nood­sorg van padkant tot bedkant dwarsoor Western Cape distrikte te lewer.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Vlak 3: Suksesvolle voltooiing van die Intermediate Life Support (ILS) wat registrasie by die HPCSA as Ambulance Emergency Assistant (AEA) toelaat.
• Vlak 1: Suksesvolle voltooiing van 'n toepaslike Basic Life Support (BLS) kursus wat registrasie by die HPCSA as Basic Ambulance Assistant (BAA) toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Vlak 1: Registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa as 'n BAA.
• Vlak 3: Registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa as 'n AEA.
• Ervaring: Geen na registrasie by die Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as 'n BAA of AEA.
• Inherente vereiste van die werk: Geldige kode C1-bestuurderslisensie. -Geldige professionele bestuurderspermit (PrDP).
• Fisiese en geestelike fiksheid.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Uitstekende kennis van alle vlakke van nood­sorg­protokolle. -Goed kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.

Pligte

• Lewer gehalte- en doeltreffende definiewe nood­sorg van padkant tot bedkant binne gedefinieerde nood­tydskrames binne en oor geografiese en kliniese diens­platforms.
• Maak gebruik van alle kommunikasie­instrumente soos deur die Werkgewer verskaf om veilige kommunikasie te vergemaklik met betrekking tot pasiënt­sorg­protokolle.
• Doeltreffende handhawing van Administratiewe Funksie: voltooi hand- en elektroniese pasiënt­sorg­verslae en rit­magtiging­logblaaie.
• Onderhoud van Nood­voertuie en Toerusting.
• Verseker doeltreffende kommunikasie met betrekking tot pasiënte, kollegas, ander dienste en lede van die Publiek.
• Lewer doeltreffende ondersteuning aan die toesighouer en neem deel aan eie welsyn.
