Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/Gr in verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• OF 'n 4 jaar Bachelorsgraad in Nursing (R174) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Grade 1: Geen Grade 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar gepaste/herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Grade 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar gepaste/herkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Inherente vereiste van die pos: Bereidwilligheid om aan te vul/verligting te bied by ander Primary Health Care-fasiliteite (bv.
• Community Day Centres, Clinics, Satellite Clinics, Mobile Clinics).
• Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk en in die hospitaal by te staan wanneer nodig.
• Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk wanneer nodig.
• Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Beplannings- en organisatoriese vaardighede.
• Selfdissipline en motivering.
• Die vermoë om onafhanklik onder druk te funksioneer.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede.

Pligte

• Verskaf leiding en toesig vir die implementering van gehalte omvattende verpleegsorg binne die Primêre Gesondheidsorg-konteks.
• Handhaaf etiese praktyk binne regs- en reguleringsraamwerke.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met alle relevante rolspelers van die Primêre Gesondheidsorg-span.
• Benut menslike, materiële en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektyf.
• Neem deel aan opleidingsprogramme en navorsingsaktiwiteite.
• Handhaaf werkplekdissipline van ondergeskiktes.
