Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn (NAASFARM Clinic)

Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn benodig by Naas Farm Clinic in KwaZulu-Natal om pasiëntsorg te verskaf, toesig oor kliënte te hou en gemeenskapsgesondheidsprogramme te implementeer.
Vereistes
- Graad 1: Ervaring 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
- Graad 2: Ervaring 'n Minimum van 14 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging, waarvan ten minste 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring moet wees na verkryging van die een jaar post-grundleggende kwalifikasie in Primêre Gesondheidsorg Grade 12(Senior Certificate), Standard 10/ of National Certificate plus basiese R 425 kwalifikasie d.w.s.
- Graad/Diploma in verpleging of ekwivalente kwalifikasie wat registrasie met SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
- Post-grundleggende kwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar in Curatiewe Vaardighede in Primêre Gesondheidsorg geakkrediteer met die SANC.
- Huidige registrasie met SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige en Primêre Gesondheidsorg en 'n minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleging.
- Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Kompetensies Vereis vir die pos: Relevante regsraamwerk soos Nursing Acts, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Batho Pele en Patient's Rights Charter, Labour Relations ens.
- Dissiplinêre kode, menslike hulpbronbeleide, hospitaal-generiese en spesifieke beleide.
- Deeglike kennis van die National Core Standards (OHSC) en Data Management.
- Deeglike kennis van die gesondheidsprogramme wat op PHC-vlak uitgevoer word.
- Vermoë om in die diensareas waar te neem.
- Koördinasie- en beplanningsvaardighede.
- Spanbou- en toesighoudingsvaardighede.
- Goeie kommunikasie- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
- Kennis van alle toepaslike wetgewingsriglyne en beleide rakende verpleegbeginsels.
- Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings en luistervaardighede.
Pligte
- Implementeer en bevorder programinisiatiewe vir kliënte en die gemeenskap wat deur die kliniek bedien word.
- Toesig oor pasiënte en voorsiening van basiese behoeftes bv. beskikbaarheid van suurstof, voeding, eliminasie, vloeistof- en elektrolietbalans, veilige en terapeutiese omgewing in die kliniek.
- Verseker behoorlike gebruik en begrip van relevante riglyne, beleide en protokolle bv.
- IMCI, EDL-boekie ens.
- Verseker kliniese ingryping by kliënte insluitend behoorlike toediening van voorgeskryfde medikasie en deurlopende observasie van pasiënte in die kliniek.
- Implementeer gesondheidsprogramme binne die PHC-pakket, monitor prestasie en uitkomste teen die gestelde teikens deur die Department en tree op op afwykings.
- Verseker akkurate datagenerering/versameling, verifikasie en tydige voorlegging aan FIO. motiveer personeel rakende ontwikkeling ten einde vlak van kundigheid te verhoog en help pasiënte om 'n sin vir sorg te ontwikkel.
- Verseker effektiewe implementering van National Core Standards (OHSC) en Ideal Clinic Realisation.
- Toon effektiewe kommunikasie met pasiënte, toesighouers en ander klinici, insluitend verslagskrywing.
- Bystand Operasionele Bestuurder met algehele bestuur en nodige ondersteuning vir effektiewe funksionering in die kliniek.
- Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om goeie Verpleegsorg in die kliniek te verseker.
- Wees in staat om eie werk en dié van ondersteuningspersoneel te beplan en te organiseer om behoorlike Verpleegsorg in die kliniek te verseker.
- Verseker behoorlike benutting en veilige bewaring van basiese Mediese, Chirurgiese, Farmaseutiese en ander voorraad.

Applications must be submitted on the prescribed application for employment form (Z83-fully completed) and Curriculum Vitae. Only shortlisted candidates for a post will be required to submit certified documents and proof of current registration with the respective council on or before the day of the interview following communication from HR. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. Applicants are requested to apply separately for the disciplines of their interest. A maximum of three applications will be allowed which should be ranked in order of preference. One application for various Disciplines will not be accepted. Applications from applicants who are already appointed in the Registrar Programme will not be considered. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. All Registrars will be required to sign a contract which includes training and service responsibilities. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department. Appointments are subject to the signing of a contract which includes a service pay-back period. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
