Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn (Graad 1 of 2) gesoek vir Othobothini Community Health Centre in KwaZulu-Natal, met landlike toelaag en mediese hulpvoordele.

Vereistes

  • Senior certificate/STD 10/Grade 12.
  • Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (diploma/graad in verpleegkunde of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige en Vrouensiekteverpleegkundige toelaat. 1 jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie in Kliniese Verpleegkundige Wetenskap, Assessering, Diagnose, Behandeling en Sorg geakkrediteer by SANC.
  • Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn Graad 1: 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
  • Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 14 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging. 10 jaar van die ervaring waarna hierbo verwys is, moet toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring wees na verkryging van 'n 1-jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie in Kliniese Verpleegkundige Wetenskap, Assessering, Diagnose, Behandeling en Sorg geakkrediteer by SANC.
  • Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorg en prosedures, Kennis van SANC-reëls en -regulasies en ander tersaaklike regsraamwerk.
  • Kennis van Gehalteversekeringsprogramme, Batho-Pele-beginsels en Handves vir Pasienteregte, Menslike Hulpbronbestuur en Basiese Finansiële Bestuursvaardighede.
  • Leierskap-, toesig- en verslagskryfvaardighede.
  • Goeie kommunikasie-, berading-, interpersoonlike verhoudings-, konflikbestuur-, besluitnemings- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.

Pligte

  • Verseker doeltreffende en effektiewe beheer van chirurgiese verbruiksgoedere, farmaseutiese produkte, toerusting en diverse voorraad.
  • Bevorder voorkoming en bevordering van gesondheid vir kliënte in die fasiliteit.
  • Onderhou akkurate en volledige pasienterekords volgens regsvereistes.
  • Bystand verleen met die opstel en opdatering van prosedurale riglyne.
  • Identifiseer probleme en areas vir verbetering en kommunikeer met die Operasionele Bestuurder.
  • Hanteer griewe en arbeidsverhoudingskwessies ooreenkomstig vasgestelde prosedures/beleide.
  • Verskaf direkte en indirekte toesig oor junior personeel en gee leiding vir gehalte pasientesorg.
  • Implementeer infeksiebeheerstandaarde en -praktyke om gehalte gesondheidsorg te verbeter.
  • Inisieer behandeling en verseker evaluering van pasiente se kliniese toestande.
  • Neem deel aan gesondheidsbevorderingsaktiwiteite in die kliniek en in die gemeenskap.
  • Assesseer in-diens opleidingsbehoeftes, beplan en implementeer opleiding.
  • Neem deel aan databestuurprosesse.
  • Neem deel aan die bereiking van Nasionale Kernstandaarde, verwesenliking van ideale kliniek (ICRM), PSI en Opnames oor PEC en wagtyd.

Medical Registrars - Training will take place at various sites for each discipline. Registrars may be required to spend time at various training institutions as required by the discipline. The site for the 1st year of training and subsequent rotations will be determined by the Academic Head of Discipline. Applicants are requested to apply separately for the disciplines of their interest. A maximum of three applications will be allowed which should be ranked in order of preference. One application for various Disciplines will not be accepted. Applications from applicants who are already appointed in the Registrar Programme will not be considered. As per HPCSA Regulations, the duration of Registrar training is 4/5 years, depending on the Discipline. All Registrars will be expected to register with the university for the MMED at own expense. All Registrars will be required to sign a contract which includes training and service responsibilities. Registrars will be required to complete Performance Agreements and assessments as stipulated by the Department. Appointments are subject to the signing of a contract which includes a service pay-back period. All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments.
