Vereistes

• 'n Senior Sertifikaat of 'n minimum kwalifikasie op NQF Level 4 soos deur SAQA erken.
• Geen vorige ervaring vereis.
• Kennis van klerklike pligte, praktyke asook die vermoë om statistieke vas te lê en te versamel;
• Kennis en begrip van die wetgewende raamwerk wat die Public Service regeer en kennis van werksprocedures ten opsigte van die werksomgewing.
• Generiese vaardighede: Rekenaarvaardighede, interpersoonlike verhoudinge, buigsaamheid en spanwerk.
• Tegniese (spesialisering) vaardighede: Beplanning en organisasie, taal en goeie mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede.
