Vervoerklerk word in Pietermaritzburg benodig om pooldiensvoertuie te koördineer, gebruik te monitor en logblaaie te verifieer, waarvoor 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n geldige bestuurderslisensie vereis word.

Vereistes

• Die ideale kandidaat moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat of gelykwaardig met geen vorige ervaring vereis nie en 'n geldige bestuurderslisensie.
• Essensiële kennis, vaardighede en bevoegdhede vereis: Die suksesvolle kandidaat moet oor die volgende beskik: Administratiewe proses;. Verslagdoeningsvaardighede;
• Beplannings- en reëlvaardighede;
• Interpersoonlike verhoudings; buigsaamheid; spanwerk;
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings en skriftelik) met ander Regeringsdepartemente, die Private Sektor, Personeel, Munisipaliteite; rekenaargeletterdheid en bestuursvaardighede.

Pligte

• Van die suksesvolle kandidaat sal vereis word om doeltreffende en effektiewe algemene administratiewe ondersteuningsdienste te lewer met die volgende sleutelverantwoordelikhede: Koördineer die toekenning van pooldiensvoertuie, onderhou pooldiensvoertuie;
• Monitor en rapporteer oor voertuiggebruik;
• Verifieer logblaaie en versoen;
• Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuningsdienste.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
