  • Toepassing van beplanningsmetodologie.
  • Basiese projekbestuur.
  • Strategiese formulering en implementering. Openbare-sektor-regeringsraamwerk.
  • Kommunikasie (mondeling en skriftelik).
  • Probleemoplossing en analise.
  • Beplanning en organisering. Kennisbestuur. Diversiteitsbestuur.
  • Begroting en finansiële bestuur.
  • Basiese navorsingsvaardighede.
  • Bereidwilligheid om lang ure te bestuur. Rekenaarvaardigheid.
  • Deeglike kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ampshouer moet in strategiese beplanning of monitering en evaluering gewerk het.

  • Koördineer operasionele en strategiese beplanningsprosesse.
  • Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling, hersiening en belyning van strategiese en operasionele planne in ooreenstemming met organisatoriese doelwitte, beleide en wetgewende vereistes.
  • Fasiliteer beplanningssessies en verskaf leiding aan besigheidseenhede oor strategiese beplanningsprosesse, raamwerke en metodologieë.
  • Ondersteun die ontwikkeling van prestasieplanne, implementeringsplanne en verwante beplanningsdokumentasie.
  • Monitor vordering teenoor goedgekeurde planne en identifiseer risiko's, uitdagings en geleenthede vir verbetering.
  • Stel strategiese beplanningsverslae, dashborde en briewingsdokumente vir bestuursoorweging op.
  • Verseker effektiewe koördinasie tussen strategiese prioriteite, operasionele aktiwiteite en hulpbrontoewysing.
  • Fasiliteer die identifisering van dienslewering-uitdagings en ondersteun die ontwikkeling van verbeteringsplanne en ingrypings.
  • Fasiliteer belanghebbende-betrokkenheid om te verseker dat dienslewering-inisiatiewe reageer op organisatoriese en belanghebbende behoeftes.
  • Ondersteun die implementering, monitering en evaluering van dienslewering-verbeteringsinisiatiewe.
  • Analiseer prestasie-inligting en verskaf aanbevelings om doeltreffendheid, effektiwiteit en kwaliteit van dienslewering te verbeter.
  • Monitor implementeringsvordering en berei verslae voor oor verbeteringsinisiatiewe, uitkomste en areas wat ingryping vereis.
  • Bevorder deurlopende verbeteringspraktyke regoor die organisasie.
  • Koördineer en ondersteun die implementering van prioriteitsprogramme/projekte.
  • Fasiliteer die beplanning, implementering en monitering van prioriteitsprogramme en strategiese projekte.
  • Verskaf projekkoördinasie-ondersteuning, insluitend die monitering van mylpale, lewerbare produkte, risiko's en afhanklikhede.
  • Fasiliteer samewerking tussen interne en eksterne belanghebbendes betrokke by prioriteitsinisiatiewe.
  • Monitor projekprestasie teenoor goedgekeurde doelwitte, tydlyne en uitkomste.
  • Berei vorderingverslae, voorleggings en opdaterings vir bestuur en relevante bestuursstrukture voor.
  • Ondersteun die oplossing van implementeringsuitdagings om suksesvolle levering van strategiese prioriteite te verseker.
  • Bestuur van administratiewe ondersteuning.
  • Lewer insette in die ontwikkeling van beleide en operasionele planne.
  • Stel maandelikse en kwartaalverslae op en dien dit in.
  • Bepaal en verifieer die egtheid van die verskafde bewyse.
  • Woon ouditsake by en reageer daarop.
  • Onderhou menslike hulpbronne.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements, and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. The Selection Panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic Managerial Competency Assessment in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of Competency-based Assessment. Successful candidates will be appointed on a probation period of twelve 12/24 months.
