Vereistes

• 'n Voorgraadse kwalifikasie in Contact Centre Management/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Administration Management/ Public Administration/ Financial Management op NQF Level 6 soos erken deur SAQA.
• Geen ondervinding vereis.
• Nooit aan enige internship-program deelgeneem nie (vir beide openbare en privaat sektor).
• Kennis: Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations.
• Unemployment Insurance Contribution Act.
• Batho Pele Principles.
• Call Centre Operating System.
• Vaardighede: Rekenaarvaardigheid.
• Kommunikasie (mondeling en skriftelik). Luister. Interpersoonlik. Kliëntgefokus. Telefoonetiket.

Pligte

• Ondersteun inkomende en uitgaande oproepdienste.
• Ondersteun helpdeskdienste.
• Ondersteun die instandhouding van die werkgewerdatabasis.

The Department of Employment and Labour would like to invite qualifying applicants to apply for Unemployment Insurance Fund Graduate Internship programme, for the Financial year 2027/2028 to 2029. The Graduate Programme is meant to provide work exposure to graduates in their fields of studies.
