Senior Administratiewe Beampte wat gemeenskapspolisieverhoudinge en veiligheidsbefondsing binne die Western Cape Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety bestuur.

Vereistes

• 'n Geskikte 3-jaar Nasionale Diploma/B-Grade (ekwivalent of hoër kwalifikasie); 'n Minimum van 3 jaar relevante ervaring; 'n Geldige (Code B of hoër) bestuurslisensie.
• NB: Mense met gestremdhede wat bestuursvermoëns beperk, maar wat redelike toegang tot vervoer het, mag ook aansoek doen.
• Bevoegdhede: Kennis van en werkservaring van die volgende: Wetgewing, regulatoriese raamwerke, beleide en beste praktyke wat op die lynfunksies van toepassing is;
• Gemeenskapsontwikkeling en kliëntliasie (intern en ekstern);. Diensleweringorientasies;
• Inligtingstelsels wat help met die bestuur van kennis en inligting wat op die lynfunksie betrekking het;. Projektebestuur;
• Operasionele bestuurspraktyke;
• Beleidontwikkeling, en operasionele bestuur, monitering en hersieningsprosesse;
• Moderne stelsels van goewernansie en administrasie;
• Openbare diensprosedures, prosesse en stelsels;
• Streeks- en lokale politieke, ekonomiese en sosiale aangeleenthede wat 'n uitwerking het op die provinsiale regering van die Western Cape.
• Vaardighede in die volgende: Rekenaargeletterdheid in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Kommunikasievaardigheid (skriftelik en mondelings);
• Strategiese beplanning;. Fasilitering;. Organisasiebou;. Probleemoplossing;. Verslagdoening;
• Onderhandeling, motivering, monitering en evaluering;
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

• Ondersteun en handhaaf goeie verhoudinge tussen die Departement en veiligheidsvennote (d.w.s.
• Community Police Forums (CPFs), Neighbourhood Watch (NHWs), distriksmunisipaliteite, Community Safety Forums (CSFs), South African Police Services (SAPS);
• Administreer die Community Safety-befondsingstelsel;
• Voer formele assesserings uit oor die funksionaliteit van die veiligheidsvennote [bv.
• Community Safety Forums (CSFs);
• Fasiliteer doeltreffende en doeltroulike kommunikasie met veiligheidsvennote en belanghebbendes;
• Bestuurlike/Toesighoudende funksies.
