Assistentdirekteur gesoek vir die Cape Catalyst-program om projekteadministrasie-ondersteuning te verskaf, befondsingsvoorstelle te ontwikkel en prosesvereiste vir ekonomiese ontwikkelingsprojekte te bestuur.

Vereistes

  • 'n Toepaslike 3-jaar Nasionale Diploma/B-Grade (ekwivalent of hoër kwalifikasie); 'n Minimum van 3 jaar se administratiewe of projekbestuurservaring in 'n ekonomiese ontwikkelingsomgewing.
  • Bevoegdhede: Werkende kennis van die volgende: Infrastruktuurontwikkeling/Sektorontwikkeling;
  • Openbare administrasie;
  • Toepaslike wetgewende en regulerende vereistes, beleide en standaarde;. Projekbestuur;. Verhoudingsbestuur;

Pligte

  • Verskaf projekteadministrasie-ondersteuning ten opsigte van projekte en programme: Ontwikkel en berei befondsingsvoorstelle vir projekte en programme voor;
  • Verskaf projekkantoordienste en administrasie soos dit verband hou met die programme;
  • Ontwikkel en administer prosesvereiste of oordragte van projekte;
  • Ontwikkel terme van verwysing (Tor) en nakomingsprosesse;
  • Hou toesig oor diensverskaffers en implementerende agentskappe se nakoming van die bepalings en voorwaardes van projekte;
  • Monitor en evalueer projekvordering om die belyning van projeksdoelwitte te verseker;
  • Identifiseer projekrisiko's;
  • Implementeer risikobeperkingsmaatreëls en administer rooi lint-uitdagings;
  • Neem deel aan strategiese en besluitnemingsprosesse: Voer inligtingsversameling en ontleding van bevindings uit;
  • Stel 'n inventaris van databronne op;
  • Ontwikkel en administer databasisse en inligtingstelsels;
  • Verskaf insette by die ontwikkeling van strategieë;
  • Dra by tot die konseptualisering van projekte en programme belyn met die departement se strategiese raamwerk en doelwitte;
  • Koördineer geskikte en voorkeur-belanghebbendes vir die ontwikkeling en implementering van projekte en programme: Formuleer en implementeer belanghebbende bestuurstrategieë wat verband hou met projekte en programme;
  • Ontwikkel en onderhou die vereiste belanghebbende verhoudings;
  • Verskaf 'n sekretariatsdiens by belanghebbende forums en met taakspanne;
  • Administer die belanghebbende databasis;
  • Ontwikkel en implementeer kommunikasie- en inligtingsdelingsmetodes;
  • Koördineer Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsbeplanning: Verskaf ondersteuning om belyning met munisipale Geïntegreerde Ontwikkelingsplanne (IDP's) en Ruimtelike Ontwikkelingsraamwerke (SDF's) te verseker;
  • Bystand verleen met die ruimtelike ontleding en kartering van Cape Catalyst-projekte in verband met bogenoemde;
  • Skakel met munisipale beplannings-, infrastruktuur- en ekonomiese ontwikkelingsamptenare om belyning te fasiliteer;
  • Dra by tot die voorbereiding van beplanningsinsette, belyningsverslae, kennigsgewingsnotas en voorleggings vir besluitnemingsstrukture;
  • Hou 'n logboek van ekonomiese katalitiese infrastruktuurmoontlikhede wat voortspruit uit provinsiale asook munisipale infrastruktuurbates;
  • Verskaf ondersteuning ten opsigte van begrotingsbeplanning en finansiële bestuur: Dra by tot die voorbereiding van korttermyn- (1 jaar) en langertermyn- (2-5 jaar) begrotingsplanne;
  • Ondersteun die monitering van besteding vir die doel van goeie fiskale verantwoordelikheid;
  • Ondersteun die voorbereiding van gekonsolideerde finansiële verslae vir besluitnemingsassessering.

The successful candidate will be required to complete the Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme (Nyukela) and submit the certificate before he/she can be appointed to this post. The purpose of the Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme, which is a public service specific training programme applicable to all applicants who aspire to join the SMS, is to ensure that potential SMS members have a background in processes and procedures linked to the SMS. The duration of the online Pre-Entry Programme is 120 notional hours (15 days).
