'n Arbeidsverhoudingsbeampte word by die Kimberley-kantoor benodig om voorligtingsdienste oor arbeidsverhoudingsake te verskaf en sodoende nakoming van tersaaklike wetgewing te verseker.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n tersiêre NQF-vlak 6-kwalifikasie in Arbeidsreg/Arbeidsverhoudinge/HRM of verwante velde hê. 1-2 jaar relevante ervaring binne 'n Arbeidsverhoudingsveld. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie sal 'n voordeel wees.
- Vaardighede en Kennis: Diepgaande kennis van Arbeidsverhoudingswetgewing, prosesse van arbeidsverhoudingsake, kennis van die Public Service Act en regulasies, prosesse van die CCMA, PSCBC en GPSSBC.
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede, rekenaargeletterdheid, fasiliteringsvaardighede, konflikoplossingsvaardighede, analitiese vaardighede, aanbiedingsvaardighede, onderhandelingsvaardighede, organisatoriese vaardighede en interpersoonlike verhoudingsvaardighede.
Pligte
- Verskaffing van Arbeidsverhoudingsvoorligtingsdienste: Verskaf advies en leiding oor arbeidsverhoudingsake aan bestuur en werknemers, en verseker belyning met wetgewende raamwerke.
- Voer tersaaklike navorsing uit om tred te hou met veranderinge in wetgewing.
- Verseker nakoming van arbeidswette, regulasies, kollektiewe ooreenkomste en interne HR-beleide, en ondersteun die departement se nakomingsdoelwitte.
- Tree as adviseur tot bestuur op oor proaktiewe strategieë om werkplekkonflikte te minimeer, en verseker 'n billike en konsekwente benadering tot werknemerverhoudings.
- Woon by, neem deel en bied voor by interne en eksterne forums/sessies.
- Voer tersaaklike navorsing uit en interpreteer resultate om dienooreenkomstig advies te gee.
- Verskaffing van geskiloplossings- en sakebestuursdienste: Ondersoek werknemergriewe, wangedrag en geskille.
- Verteenwoordig die departement in tugverhore, grievesprosedures en bemiddelingsprosesse.
- Bestuur saaklêers proaktief en hou uitkomste dop.
- Skakel met vakbonde en ander belanghebbendes oor geskiloplossing en kollektiewe onderhandelingsake.
- Opstel van klagstate.
- Begelei en/of dien dokumente aan belanghebbendes.
- Om inligting rakende Arbeids-/Werknemerverhoudings vas te lê, te rapporteer, op te spoor en te beskerm: Vestig, handhaaf en werk inligting op relevante stelseldatabasisse by/vas.
- Versameling en koördinering/konsolidasie van versamelde inligting vir nakomingsverslagdoening.
- Opstel van konseptnavingsverslae en verwysing vir gehalteversekering.
- Rekordhou van nakomingsverslae/geskiloplossingsbundels en uitkomste en gevolgbestuurverwante dokumente.
- Stel agendae op en versprei dit rakende Arbeidsverhoudingsessies aan lede van tersaaklike vergaderings/komitees/sessies ens.
- Opstel van konsepnotule van Arbeidsverhoudingsessies wat gehou is in ooreenstemming met besprekings en besluite.
- Koördineer vergaderings en inligtingdelingsessies met interne en eksterne belanghebbendes en verseker dat logistieke reëlings in plek is.
- Voorbereiding van bundels/saaklêers.
- Bydrae tot beleidontwikkeling/hersiening.
- Verskaf kapasiteitsboudienste binne die departement: Koördineer vergaderings en inligtingdelingsessies met interne en eksterne belanghebbendes wat voorstelliging/deling van inligting ten opsigte van Arbeidsverhoudingsprosesse en -prosedures insluit.
- Skakel met HR om te verseker dat opleidingsprogramme met organisatoriese behoeftes en strategiese HR-doelwitte belyn.

Interested applicants must submit their applications for employment to the address specified above. The application must include a duly completed and signed new Form Z83, obtainable from any Public Service Department or on the internet at https://www.dpsa.gov.za/, and a detailed Curriculum Vitae CV; contactable referees (telephone numbers and email addresses must be indicated). One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other will be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
