Onderadjunkdirekteur wat bedrog- en korrupsie-ondersoeke, bewysversameling en voorkomingsstrategieë by die Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport Hoofkantoor lei.

Pligte

• Ondersoek alle bedrog en korrupsie.
• Ondersoek alle beskuldigings van bedrog en korrupsie wat van interne en eksterne persone ontvang word.
• Neem stellings, versamel bewyse en opname van voorlopige ondersoekverslae.
• Voorkom bedrog en korrupsie binne die Departement.
• Doen navorsing oor die jongste bedrog- en korrupsiewetgewing en ontwikkel opvoedkundige programme.
• Ontwikkel en implementeer bedrogvoorkoming- en antikorrupsie-strategieë en programme.
• Doen bedrogrisiko-assesserings.
• Bespeur bedrog en korrupsie.
• Bespeur verdagte/verborge patrone en abnormale gedrag oor datatipes.
• Bestuur die voorbereiding van bespeuringsverslae en afsluiting.
• Skep 'n etiese omgewing en verbeter goeie bestuur.
• Skakel met beide interne en eksterne belanghebbendes en stel 'n jaarlikse skedule van bewustheidsessies op.
• Ontwikkel, implementeer en hersien antikorrupsie- en integriteitsbestuursbeleid, -strategieë en -prosedures van die eenheid.
• Ontwikkel strategiese raamwerk oor antikorrupsie- en integriteitsbestuur se bedrogvoorkomingsplan.
• Bestuur integriteitsbestuursmaatreëls en bevorder etiese gedrag in die departement.
• Verseker dat SMS-lede en ander Kategorieë van aangewese werknemers Finansiële Vrywullings indien ooreenkomstig die Raamwerk vir Finansiële Vrywullings.
• Bestuur die ontwikkeling van die bedrog- en etiese risikoregister vir die Departement.
• Verseker indiening van vorderingsverslae oor die bedrogrisiko-aksieplan deur besigheid.
• Bestuur hulpbronne (menslik, toerusting/bates ens.).
• Bestuur griewe volgens voorgeskrewe prosedures.
