Die Department of Sport, Arts and Culture soek 'n Adjunkdirekteur vir Monitering en Evaluering in Pretoria om prestasiemoniteringsraamwerke te ontwikkel en kwartaalverslae te konsolideer.

Vereistes

  • Senior Certificate / Matric Certificate / Grade 12 Certificate / NQF 4 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.
  • Minimum driejaar Nasionale Diploma (NQF level 6)/ Degree (NQF level 7) soos deur SAQA erken in Monitoring and Evaluation/ Public Administration / Public Management / Public Governance / Internal Auditing / Statistics / Data Management of enige relevante Monitering en Evaluering-kwalifikasie. 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring en (ten minste 3 jaar op 'n Assistentdirekteur-vlak) in 'n moniterings- en evalueringomgewing.
  • Kennis van besigheids- en bestuursbeginsels.

  • Om prestasiemoniterings-, evaluerings- en verslagdoeningsraamwerkstelsels en -prosedures vir die departement te ontwikkel en te handhaaf.
  • Konsolideer en hersien die ontwikkeling van Quarterly Performance Reports: Ontleed en hersien kwartaalinsette wat deur programme ingedien is.
  • Neem deel aan die kwartaal- en departementele prestasieherwinningssessies.
  • Finaliseer die kwartaalprestasieverslag en fasiliteer die ondertekening deur die DG of die gedelegeerde beampte.
  • Fasiliteer die indiening van verslae by Internal audit, DPME en National Treasury.
  • Hersien konsep maandelikse verslag oor teikens wat nie bereik is nie.
  • Hou opfrissingswerkswinkel met programme oor die verslagdoeningsriglyne.
  • Hersien en konsolideer kwartaalprestasie-aanbiedings vir Audit and Portfolio Committee.
  • Hersien en konsolideer insette vir ENE mid-term report.
  • Konsolideer en hersien die ontwikkeling van Annual Performance Report: Hersien konsep jaarlikse prestasieverslag.
  • Hersien die Dashboard report oor verifikasiemene soos uiteengesit in die TID en Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Neem deel aan die kwartaal- en departementele prestasieherwinningssessies.
  • Fasiliteer die indiening van die jaarlikse prestasieherwinningsverslag by AGSA.
  • Fasiliteer die aanstelling van die Service Provider en goedkeuring van die voorblad.
  • Fasiliteer die voorlegging van die Annual Report in Parliament.
  • Hersien en konsolideer jaarlikse prestasie-aanbiedings vir Audit and Portfolio Committee.
  • Verskaf nasionale toesig oor provinsiale kwartaalverslagdoening op die Electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting System of Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation: Hersien van die provinsiale verslae op die Electronic Quarterly Performance Reporting system van DPME.
  • Dien nasionale toesigkommentare by DPME en die provinsiale departement van Sport, Arts and Culture in via eQPRS.
  • Stel 'n konsepverslag op oor hersiene Departmental Annual Performance Plans en Standard Operating Procedures (insluitend die tegniese aanwyserbeskrywing daarvan): Stel 'n konsepverslag op oor hersiene APP, TIDs en Strategic Plan wat die volgende dek;
  • SMART-beginsels van aanwysers en teikens.
  • Voorgestelde verifikasiemene in die TID.

  • Sirkuleer die verslagdoeningsjabloon aan alle programme in die departement.
  • Ontvang en hersien bedryfsplanverslae wat deur programme ingedien is.
  • Genereer bedryfsplanverslae vir die departement.
  • Hersien en konsolideer kwartaalprestasie-aanbiedings vir programme.
  • Fasiliteer die indiening van verslae by programme ter kennisname en verbetering.
