'n Nasionale Diploma in Myne-opmeting/ Mineraalhulpbronbestuur ( NQF 6) met Sertifikaat van Bevoegdheid vir Myne-opmeting en 'n geldige bestuurslisensie PLUS minimum van 3 jaar se ervaring op junior bestuursvlak in Myne-opmeting, Kennis: Diepgaande begrip en kennis van myngesondheid en -veiligheid, kennis van die beleidsregime wat die mineraal- en mynbousektor beïnvloed, regeringsbeleid en -wetgewing Vaardighede: Probleemoplossing, Kommunikasie (mondeling, skriftelik, skakeling), Beïnvloedingsvaardighede, Onderhandelingsvaardighede, Bewese bestuursvaardighede, Bestuurs- en organisasievaardighede, Gevorderde analitiese vaardighede, Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge op alle vlakke, Konflikbestuursvaardighede, Kreatiwiteit en innovasie, Numeries, Organisering en koördinering, Fasilitasie en implementering, Finansiële bestuur, Onderhandeling en konsultasievaardighede, Probleemoplossing en ontleding, Strategiese vermoë en leierskap, Veranderingsbestuur, Denkvereiste: Kreatiewe/ innoverende denker, Logies, Objektief, Akkuraat, Diplomaties.

• Voer ondergrondse inspeksies uit, stel verslae op en hou rekords aan.
• Voer inspeksie van planne en rekords van oppervlak- en ondergrondmyne uit, stel verslae op en hou rekords aan.
• Ondersoek oppervlakbenutingsaansoeke en doen aanbevelings, stel verslae op en hou rekords aan.
• Verwerk statutêre aansoeke rakende myn- en opmetingstoestemmings en -vrystellings, stel verslae op en hou rekords aan.
• Dien op myne-opmetingverwante komitees en woon seminare by Voer praktiese myne-opmetingveldtake uit.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
