Adjunkdirekteur verantwoordelik vir die bestuur en fasilitering van die strategiese verkryging van land deur die Staat in Limpopo.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Landboustudies / Landbou-ekonomie / Ontwikkelingstudies / Stads- en Streeksbeplanning / Openbare Administrasie / Sosiale Wetenskappe / Openbare Bestuur / Vastgoed / Eiendomsbestuur of verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasies (NQF Vlak 6).
- Minimum van 3 jaar relevante ervaring op junior bestuursvlak. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Werksverwante kennis: Land Reform: Provision of Land and Assistance Act, 126 of 1993 soos gewysig.
- Labour Tenants Act, 3 of 1996.
- Restitution of Land Rights Act, 22 of 1994.
- Extension Security of Tenure Act, 62 of 1997 soos gewysig.
- Staatslandhuur en -beskikkingbeleid.
- Beleid vir begunstigde-seleksie en landtoekenning.
- Kennis van post-nedersettingsondersteuningsprogramme.
- Kennis van agrariese transformasie asook sleutelprioriteite van regering.
- Kennis van Comprehensive Rural Development Programmes (CRDP) en Landhervormingsvoorskrifte en ander relevante departementele voorskrifte.
- Werksverwante vaardighede: Kommunikasie (mondeling en skriftelik).
- Strategiese bestuur.
- Onderhandeling en konflikoplossing. Rekenaarvaardigheid. Belanghebbenderelaties.

Pligte
- Bestuur die verkryging van strategies geleë land in ooreenstemming met die nasionale imperatiewe.
- Identifiseer strategies geleë land wat geskik is vir verkryging deur die Staat in oorleg met relevante belanghebbendes.
- Ontwikkel 'n projekregister van land vir verkryging deur die Staat.
- Fasiliteer die kartering en oorlegging van die geïdentifiseerde land met sleutelkommoditeite en nasionale imperatiewe.
- Koördineer die assessering en waardasie van geïdentifiseerde eiendomme.
- Belyn verkreë land met ander departementele intervensies en programme.
- Monitor opdaterings van projekte volgens die Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) vereistes.
- Bestuur die seleksie van geskikte kandidate en toekenning van land.
- Verseker kwaliteitsversekering en inligtingsbestuursdienste op distriksvlak.
- Verseker dat die landtoekenningproses voldoen aan die Beleid vir Begunstigde-seleksie.
- Bestuur die seleksieproses van begunstigdes vir die landtoekenning.
- Skakel geselekteerde begunstigdes aan die relevante opleidingsunit.
- Bestuur die landtoekenningproses deur middel van relevante goedkeuringsstrukture.
- Bestuur ondersteuningsdienste vir landverkryging en -toekenning binne die distrik.
- Fasiliteer landverkrygingsprosedures binne relevante beleids- en programriglyne.
- Verskaf ondersteuning oor die landverkryging-goedkeuringsproses deur middel van relevante strukture.
- Koördineer die skakeling met relevante rolspelers / belanghebbendes met betrekking tot ondersteuningsvereistes vir landverkrygingsprojekte.
- Onderhou die landtoepassingstelsel / databasis.
- Onderhou 'n geloofwaardige landtoepassingstelsel / databasis.
- Verskaf bestuursinligtingsverslae aan relevante goedkeuringsstrukture en departementele bestuur.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
