Bestuur kadastrale inligtingsdienste by die Landmeter-Generaal, en handhaaf goedgekeurde dokumente, registers en ruimtelike datastelsels.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n NQF Vlak 7-graad besit wat deur die South African Geomatics Council erken word as wat aan Artikel 8 (1) (d) (iii), (v) en (vi) van die Geomatics Professions Act, 2013 voldoen, spesifiek 'n driejaar Baccalaureusgraad in Geomatics / Surveying, of 'n verwante equivalente kwalifikasie, en 'n Nyukela-sertifikaat (Voor-toelatingsertifikaat tot die SMS) wat voor aanstelling ingedien is.
- Geregistreer as Geomatics Professional, Geomatics Technologist of Geomatics Technician by die South African Geomatics Council (SAGC). 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Minimum van 5 jaar se ervaring op middel-/senior bestuursvlak in 'n kadastrale opmeetomgewing.
- Toepaslike post-registrasie-ervaring in kadastrale opmeting.
- Werksverwante kennis: Kadastrale opmeting.
- Tegniese stelsel.
- Kadastrale ruimtelike inligting.
- Land Information Systems, Land Administration Systems en Geographical Information Management.
- Tegnologiese vooruitgang wat nuttig is vir die kadastrale opmeetstelsel.
- Prestasiebestuur en monitering.
- Regeringstelsels en -strukture. Regeringsbesluitnemingsprosesse. Programopstelingsproses.
- Begrip van die bestuursinligting- en formele verslagdoeningstelsel.
- Hantering van wangedrag.
- Interne beheer en risikobestuur.
- Projekbestuursbeginsels en -nutsgoedere.
- Die politieke landskap van South Africa.

Pligte
- Neem verantwoordelikheid vir die volledigheid, korrektheid en aktualiteit van die goedgekeurde kadastrale dokumente van die Landmeter-Generaal.
- Registreer aftrekkings en voorbereiding van sertifikaate van reste.
- Handhaaf dokumente en registers om voortdurende leesbaarheid en nuttigheid te verseker.
- Wysig en onttrek kadastrale dokumente.
- Oorsien die bestuur van die argivering van kadastrale dokumente en inligting.
- Onderhou 'n kluis vir veilige argivering van alle kadastrale dokumente.
- Voeg elke goedgekeurde kadastrale dokument in die argief in.
- Oorsien die bestuur van die verskaffing van volledige huidige, akkurate en korrekte kadastrale inligting.
- Verskaf gedrukte afskrifte en elektroniese beelde van goedgekeurde kadastrale dokumente.
- Verskaf gesertifiseerde afskrifte van kadastrale dokumente vir registrasiedoeleindes.
- Verseker dat alle goedgekeurde dokumente beskikbaar is vir die algemene publiek via die Chief Surveyor-General webblad.
- Produeer kaarte en planne uit kadastrale ruimtelike inligting.
- Beargroui groepversoeke vir digitale kadastrale ruimtelike inligting binne die gebied van die Surveyor-Generals se jurisdiksie.
- Reik kadastrale data uit aan Professional Land Surveyors.
- Verskaf kaarte, lugfoto's en geregistreerde aarde-beelde wat deur die nasionale kartograferingsagentskap geproduseer is.
- Oorsien die handhawing van die kadastrale korrespondensie-lêerstelsel.
- Oorsien die ontvangs en versending van kadastrale dokumente wat vir ondersoek en goedkeuring ingedien is.
- Verseker dat die nodige kantoorfooie betaal is voor die aanvaarding van kadastrale dokumente in die lêerstelsel.
- Oorsien die argivering van alle (korrespondensie / dokumente).
- Oorsien die handhawing van die kadastrale korrespondensie-lêerstelsel.
- Oorsien die lewering van boodskapperdienste.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
