Distrikshoof gesoek om landelike jeugdiens, kapasiteitsbou- en gemeenskapsontwikkelingsprogramme by die Mopani-distrikkantoor in Limpopo te lei.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Baccalaureusgraad of Gevorderde Diploma in Besigheidsadministrasie / Openbare Bestuur / Openbare Administrasie / Projekbestuur / Baccalaureus Artium in Sosiologie / Antropologie / Gemeenskapsontwikkelingstudies (NQF level 7) of 'n verwante equivalente kwalifikasie besit, asook 'n Nyukela-sertifikaat (toelatingsertifikaat tot die SMS) wat voor aanstelling ingedien moet word.
- Minimum van 5 jaar ervaring op middel / senior bestuursvlak in die tersaaklike omgewing.
- Ervaring in die implementering en bestuur van projekte. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Werksverwante kennis: 'n Deeglike begrip van projekbestuur.
- Begrip van korporatiewe bestuursbeginsels.
- Vermoë om prestasiebestuurs- en moniteringstelsels te implementeer.
- Kennis van regeringstelsels.
- Vermoë om konseptueel te dink by die ontleding van data en die ontwerp van konsepte om korporatiewe beleide, prosedures en prosesse te wysig.
- Werksverwante vaardighede: Projekbestuur.
- Afrigting en mentorskap (deur leierskap).
- Analitiese denke.
- Aanpasbaarheid en buigsaamheid. Klantediens. Inisiatief.
- Innovasie en kreatiwiteit.

Pligte
- Verskaf kapasiteitsbou- en National Rural Youth Service Corps (NARYSEC)-dienste.
- Verskaf NARYSEC-ondersteuningsdienste.
- Fasiliteer die totstandbrenging en ondersteuning van deelnemende gemeenskapsontwikkeling.
- Fasiliteer en koördineer NARYSEC-projekimplementering.
- Fasiliteer jeugprogramme en vaardigheidsontwikkeling op provinsiale en distriksvlak.
- Verminder huishoudelike armoede in ooreenstemming met die Comprehensive Rural Development Programme (CRDP).

- Bevorder landelike besigheidsontwikkeling en fasiliteer landelike ontwikkelingsfinansiering.
- Fasiliteer die totstandbrenging en ondersteuning van primêre koöperasies.
- Fasiliteer die organisering van primêre koöperasies in sekondêre en tersiêre koöperasies en verskaf ondersteuning.
- Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling van landelike ondernemings en bedrywe.
- Verskaf grondontwikkelingsondersteuningsdienste.
- Bestuur die ontwikkeling van besigheidsplanne vir die ontwikkeling of agrariese ontwikkelingsprojekte.
