  • Installeer en ondersteun Telkom-datalyne, roeteerders, skakelaars, brandmure en IDS/IPS.
  • Verseker die installasie en ondersteuning van bedieners in die sentrum.
  • Verseker dat amptenare op BACM ingeskryf en met BACM-slimkaarte voorsien word.
  • Ondersteun aanlynverifikasieskandeerders en vingerafdrukskandeerders wat vir aanlynverifikasie gebruik word.

  • MDF-Scan flow-drukkers.
  • Onderhou IT-bateregisters in verskeie plaaslike kantore.
  • Fasiliteer die proses vir die afvoer van IT-bates deur tegniese verslae vir oortollige en verouderde items te verskaf.
  • Koördineer IT-vereistes (d.w.s. rekenaars en alle randtoerusting) van individuele kantore met Hoofkantoor.
  • Fasiliteer en implementeer toepassings-/stelselsondersteuning in die distriksmunisipaliteit.
  • Identifiseer en los probleme op wat ontwrigting in die werksaamhede van die besigheid en in die netwerk veroorsaak.
  • Verseker die implementering van doeltreffende risiko- en nakoming in die eenheid.
  • Verseker effektiewe en doeltreffende bestuur van menslike, fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne binne die eenheid.
  • Onderrig en lei personeel oor beste praktyke en nakoming van regulatoriese vereistes.
