Vereistes

  • Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Verpleegkundige moontlik maak.
  • Registrasie by 'n Professionele Raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Verpleegkundige.
  • Ervaring: Vlak 1: Geen Vlak 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare verpleegervaring na registrasie by die SANC as 'n Verpleegkundige.
  • Vlak 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie by die SANC as 'n Verpleegkundige.
  • Inherente vereistes van die werk: Bereid om indien nodig by verskillende fasiliteite binne die Subdistrik, insluitend 'n Mobiele eenheid, te werk binne die gemeenskap (COPC-konsep).
  • Geldige (kode B/EB) bestuurderslisensie.
  • Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer/besluite te neem.
  • Goeie kommunikasie en interpersoonlike verhoudings.
  • Basiese rekenaarvaardighede in MS Word en Outlook.
  • Kennis van toepaslike verpleegwetgewing, beleide en protokolle van die Department of Health, Western Cape.

  • Ontwikkeling en implementering van basiese pasiëntsorgplanne.
  • Verskaf basiese kliniese verpleegsorg.
  • Effektiewe benutting van hulpbronne.
