Professionele Verpleegkundige Graad 1 tot 3 (ALGEMENE Verpleegkunde: Verskeie

Professionele Verpleegkundige poste by Tygerberg Hospitaal in Parow Valley, met salarisse vanaf R337,359 tot R495,423 per jaar, waarvoor 'n verpleegkundediploma of -graad met SANC-registrasie vereis word.
Vereistes
- Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/graad in verpleegkunde) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as Professionele Verpleegkundige moontlik maak.
- Of 'n 4-jarige Bachelorggraad in Verpleegkunde (R174) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as Professionele Verpleegkundige moontlik maak.
- Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige.
- Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen.
- Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenningservaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
- Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenningservaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie by die SANC as Professionele Verpleegkundige in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
- Inheemse vereiste van die werk: Bereidwilligheid om skofte te werk, dag- en nagdiens, naweke en openbare vakansiedae om aan die operasionele vereistes te voldoen.
- Bereidwilligheid om na ander departemente te roteer indien vereis.
- Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer/ besluite te neem.
- Goeie kommunikasie-, interpersoonlike, leierskaps- en konflikoplossingsvaardighede.
Pligte
- Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegsplan (Kliniese praktyk/ gehalte pasiëntesorg).
- Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalte verpleging (gehalte van praktyk).
- Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies wat op verpleging en gesondheidsorg van toepassing is.
- Onderhou 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
- Benut menslike, materiële en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend.

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements may also apply. Such candidates will only be considered for appointment on condition that proof of application for registration with the relevant council and proof of payment of the prescribed registration fees to the relevant council are submitted on or before the day of the interview.
