Vereistes

• 'n Voorgraadse kwalifikasie (NQF 7) soos deur SAQA erken of gelykwaardige kwalifikasies verwant aan die veld, plus 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
• Diep kennis van die Public Finance Management Act, 1999, Tesourie-regulasies en die spesifieke werkterrein.
• Deeglike kennis en ervaring van alle bouprojek-aangeleenthede, bestuursinligtingstelsels vir opvoeding en opleiding asook rekenaargebaseerde stelseldienste.
• Goed ontwikkelde skriftelike en mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede.
• Goeie voorleggings- en verslagskryfvaardighede.
• Ster interpersoonlike en netwerkvaardighede.
• Vermoë om onder druk te werk.
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te funksioneer.
• Bewese bestuursvaardighede en die vermoë om op 'n hoë vlak te skakel.
• Die vermoë om stelsels en prosesse asook beleide en prosedures te ontwikkel. Kliëntgerigtheid/klierefokus.
• Analitiese, probleemoplossings- en besluitnemingsvaardighede.
• Uitgebreide rekenaargebruikkennis en -ervaring.
• Geldige bestuurslisensie.

Pligte

• Bestuur en koördineer die lewer van geïntegreerde opvoedingshulpbronbeplannings- en hulpbronbestuursdienste binne die MTEF.
• Hou toesig oor die uitvoer van werkinspeksies.
• Bestuur die strategiese ontwikkeling en werking van bestuursinligtingstelsels vir opvoeding en opleiding, asook die insameling en verskaffing van opvoedingsdata op Distrikvlak.
• Bestuur die daarstelling, ondersteuning en instandhouding van doeltreffende en effektiewe inligting- en kommunikasietegnologiestedelsels regdeur die distrik.
