Vereistes

• Vereistes: 'n Toepaslike graad in Kommunikasie, Joernalistiek of 'n verwante veld.
• Minimum drie jaar se ervaring in kommunikasie of 'n verwante omgewing.
• Bewys van skriftelike en mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede.
• Kennis van en ervaring met nuusbriefontwikkeling, webwerf- en intranetbestuur.
• Vermoë om onder druk te werk en streng sperdatums na te kom.
• Geldige bestuurslisensie.

Pligte

• Skryf, redigeer, proeflees en inhoudsourcing.
• Nuusbriefontwikkeling en -bestuur.
• Webwerf- en intranetbestuur.
• Bystand verleen aan effektiewe bestuur van hulpbronne.
• Bystand verleen aan die verkryging van verskaffers vir kommunikasieverwante dienste.
• Koördineer en monitor webwerwe, intranet en sosiale media-inhoud, visuele voorkoms en funksionaliteit deur deurlopende opdatering te verseker.
• Hanteer en faciliteer vinnige reaksies op eksterne kliëntnavrae wat deur die departement se webwerf ontvang word.
• Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning aan die Direktoraat.
• Versprei gedrukte materiaal aan interne en eksterne belanghebbendes.
• Stel weeklikse, maandelikse en kwartaallikse verslae op.
• Skakel met verskaffers en verseker dat diensvlakooreenkomste opgestel word.
