Oorsig
Voorsit die departementele risiko-bestuurskomitee en bied toesig oor die implementering van risikobestuur asook die hersiening van beleide, strategieë en aksieplanne.
Vereistes
- Die suksesvolle kandidaat moet 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat hê, ten minste 'n 3-jarige relevante graad in (Regte/Rekenkunde/Risiobestuur/Ouditing en Finansiële Bestuur).
- Nagraadse kwalifikasies sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
- Kandidate moet vir meer as 5 jaar binne die Risikobestuur-omgewing gewerk het.
- Vorige ervaring as 'n Risiko/Oudit-voorsitter is verkieslik Bykomend word die volgende vereis: Vaardighede en eienskappe wat vir hierdie rol vereis word: integriteit, onafhanklikheid, toewyding, begrip van openbare-sektorbesigheid en kontroles.
- Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings en skriftelik).
- Kennis: 'n Goeie begrip van die onlangse ontwikkelings binne die Risikobestuurveld en Korporatiewe Belyning, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, EWRM, ISO 31 000 Revised 2019, COSO-model en Public Sector Risk Management Framework asook IT-raamwerke wat op belyning betrekking het, en vorige ervaring as 'n riskiokampioen in regeringsentiteite as 'n bykomende voordeel , voorkeur sal gegee word aan kandidate met lidmaatskap by IRMSA/ACFE/SAICA as 'n voordeel.

- Die kandidaat sal die Departementele Risiko-bestuurskomitee voor sit en 'n toesigrol vervul rakende die monitering van die implementering van risikobestuur binne die Departement.
- Hersien relevante Risikobeleide /strategieë en ander werksprosedures.
- Hersien Risiko-bestuursaksieplanne wat ingestel moet word en verseker nakoming van sulke planne.
- Integrasie van Risikobestuur in beplanning, monitering en verslagdoeningsprosesse.
- Hersiening van risiko-aptyt- en toleransievlakke van die Departement.
- Verskaf kwartaalverslae aan die Accounting Officer en ander bestuurskomitees.
- Implementering van risikovolwassenheidsmodel en meting van die doeltreffendheid van Departementele Risikobestuursfunksies en integrasie.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
