Operasionele Bestuurder Algemeen benodig by Livingstone Tersiêre Hospitaal in Gqeberha om gespesialiseerde verpleegsorg te verskaf en verpleegdienste te bestuur.

Vereistes

• Basiese kwalifikasie geakkrediteer by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegraad ingevolge regeringskennisgewing R425 (d.w.s.
• Graad/Diploma in Verpleegkunde) of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Minimum van 7 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare verpleegervaring na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.

• Verskaffing van optimale, holistiese gespesialiseerde verpleegsorg binne vasgestelde standaarde en binne die professionele/regtelike raamwerk.
• Effektiewe benutting van hulpbronne.
• Deelname aan opleiding en navorsing.
• Verskaffing van ondersteuning aan Verpleegdienste.
• Handhaaf professionele groei/etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.
• Bevorder en verseker gehalte van verpleegsorg soos gerig deur die professionele omvang van praktyk en standaarde soos bepaal deur die tersaaklike gesondheidsfasiliteit.
• Toon basiese begrip van menslike hulpbronne, finansibele beleide, verpleegwetgewing, tersaaklike etiese verpleegpraktyk en hoe dit dienslewering beïnvloed.
• Toon effektiewe kommunikasie met pasiënte, toesighouers, ander gesondheidsprofessionele werkers en junior kollegas, insluitend meer komplekse verslagskrywing wanneer dit vereis word.
