Vereistes

  • 3-Jaar Nasionale Diploma of Baccalaureusgraad in Finansies of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie op NQF vlak 6/7 soos erken deur SAQA. 3-5 jaar ondervinding in 'n verwante veld.
  • Bevoeg in Microsoft Office pakette (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel en Outlook e.t.c).
  • Generiese Kompetensies: Beplanning en Organisering, Koördinasie, Probleemoplossing & Besluitneming, Projekbestuur, Menslike bestuur & Bemagtiging, Kliënt oriëntasie & Klante fokus, Span leierskap, Diversiteitsbestuur, Kommunikasie (Mondeling & Skriftelik).
  • Tegniese Kompetensies: Diepgaande kennis van: Omvattende kennis en begrip van: die Munisipale Finansies Bestuur Wet (MFMA) Tesourie Regulasies, Wet op Verdeling van Inkomste (DoRA), Openbare Finansies Bestuur Wet (PFMA).

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessment to assess cognitive capability, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. The successful candidate will be appointed to positive results of a pre-employment screening process which includes criminal, credit, citizenship checks and verification of educational qualification certificates. The successful candidate will be appointed to probation for a period of 12 months and will be required to sign a performance agreement.
